Cinnamon Ridge

Decent apartment for college students, frustrating landlords. Landlords require rent to be in by the first of the month (no 5 day grace period), and if it is not in by the first, they will charge you a $30 late fee with an additional fee each day the rent is late. The frustrating thing about requiring the rent strictly due on the first is that they will not deposit rent checks until the middle-end of the month, as they say "we deposit the checks when it is convenient for us." If you decide to rent here, be sure to be on top of your checking account since you truly never know when rent will be taken out. Landlords do decide to walk into the apartment without notice, which is also frustrating. Very friendly residents and cheap rent.

This is a small student apartment. This apartment is nice and quiet. The rent isn't too terribly expensive and the residents are all so friendly!
