Gaby R El apartamento es muy grande y cómodo. La vista al lago es espectacular. Hay bastantes puestos de estacionamientos. La piscina siempre está limpia y accesible. Lo único malo es que el gym está lejos y es pequeño y no hay caminerías. Pero del resto del Conjunto Residencial es un buen sitio para vivir. Muchas gracias.
The staff is very professional and gentle, the community is quiet, and there are enough parking spaces.
Es un sitio muy tranquilo donde la naturaleza está en toda su expresión. En la oficina son muy atentos y dispuestos a resolver cualquier problema o duda. Los recomiendo 100%. Buen lugar para vivir.

Cuando se hizo el contrato dijeron que estaban arreglando el condominio, los jardines estan llenos de arena y se mete esa arena al apartamento, afuera siempre este sucio, la basura es un desorden, no hay una politica para botar la basura, la gente bota todo sin bolsas, no hay sistema de reciclaje... los senderos son un asco. Por ahora eso, pero hay demasiado por arreglar.

Lived here 20 plus years. A lot of changes in our community . Some good but it seems like it is turning bad. Hope things turn around.

Cielo Point is a beautiful place and I've only been here less than a year and I've heard several residents complain about the property has changed management several times and that their rent dramatically increased when it's time to renew their lease. And some of them has been here 10 plus years. For me, the rent is high but it's that way every where.

Cielo Point is a good place to live given the price point of renting in this area. The leasing staff is nice and have made service improvements as well as updated community amenities.
My experience was a little rough at the beginning. Had alot of issues with noisy neighbors in the wee hours of the night / morning. For some time now my experience is definitely better... just wish they would finish the gym already so I can start using it.
In our 16 years here, we have been blessed to have Ms. Theresa as our assistant manager. She has been patient to hear our concerns and offer a solution that has worked for our family. We have seen multiple managers and leasing agents come through that have been helpful. Mrs. Ingrid has been great also in assisting my family to resolve our concerns as well. And if she is not sure, she will find out as soon as she can. Bottom line, we have always been respectful to management and maintenance and they have been respectful to us.

As a prospective renter, I decided to start my leasing process based on pre-approval however could not complete the process due to issue with uploading documents to snapp system. The office staff does not answer emails or phone calls. I went to their office advising them to cancel the application. I sent an email stating this. INGRID advised that since her property manager was not in that day, they would process the cancellation the next day. I have yet to hear back via email, phone, pigeon or flare. DO NOT RENT HERE.
We have been here for 16 years. Originally that was not the intention. Pricing, location and amenities made it easier to stay when the thought of moving was discussed.
I love the peacefulness and quietness of Serramar Lakes. The place is clean and well kept. The integrity of the residence is high and I say that for many reasons.

Well I have been living here for a very long time an have no issues with anything or anyone management try to keep place clean as possible But as you know can't do everything. Pretty quiet too.

I love our apartment. Decent place to live at an affordable price. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area; city bus stop located right outside of complex gate, so very close/ convenient to major bus route.
Ever Since new ownership has taken over, improvements have been made each day. The changes have really lifted the look and feel of this gated community. Its about time someone has made improvements around here
I love living here. It’s unfortunate that the rent increases after the end of every leasing period. If the rent continues to increase for a one bedroom unit, I can’t begin to imagine the cost a two bedroom unit when the lease increases each period. With rent increasing constantly, it’s pushing me not to renew my 2020 lease.
Me and my girlfriend love it here, the apartments are beautiful and clean, and the location is great for us. On top of that, the staff at the front office are just incredible. Always so quick to fix any issues and they are just amazing people!! The community is quiet and laid back. I have had no problems since we moved in and I would definitely recommend serramar for anyone looking for a place in the lauderhill area!!
MY apartment complex is clean and the leasing office staff are all very nice, problems are taken care of within 2 days and my apartment is great!! i l love it here.
Good location. Central to a lot of things. Needs renovation to all apartments, not just ones people move out of.
When I initially moved to Serramar, I was pleasantly pleased. The apartment was nice and the community seemed to be quiet. Then there were a string of break ins and instead of management adding security, they decided to charge us extra to have a company come by a pick up the trash from our front doors. They then decided to repave the parking lot, without finding adequate parking for us, this resulted in management having over 50 of its tenants vehicles towed and we were never reimbursed for the charges that were no fault of ours. I don't believe I'll be renewing my lease.
