Property Ratings at Cielo Hills Apartments
Great place to live management is always available and helpful. The maintenance personnel is always on top of any situation. Would sincerely recommend this complex !
Don't move in here...even if you pay your rent on time they cut of the water without warning and for long periods of hours...not fun when you need to use the restroom...bad plumbing period!!! And be careful renting here the only good thing about these apartments is that they are all bills paid
Don’t ever live here. The management don’t answer the phone, absolutely don’t care for their tenants. Was moving out of the apartment and when I went back to get the rest of my stuff they had changed the locks when I was calling to let them know that I had more stuff to move out hey were not answering their phone. The kids are loud, disrespectful and swear like adults. Peoples cars are constantly being vandalized, constant fights are happening at all hours, cops are constantly being called. The maintenance guys are nice however sometimes the office is slow to let them know if there is an issue in any of the apartments. The apartments are roach infested, mold can be found in bathrooms in the toilets and wall of shower, maggots infested. The only security cameras that are installed on this property are located at the front office, the rest of the property is not protected by security cameras. Worse place to ever live at.
Been living here for a couple of years. No problems whatsoever, maintenance always on time. Property is well kept. I would definitely recommend these apartments. Not too mention all bills paid is a plus.
