Overall this is a nice complex to live at. The staff is good & responsive to your needs. Only complaint: a few tenants think they own certain "free" parking spots since they've lived here so long. Free parking is 1st come, 1st serve. We watched another tenant get yelled at over this & it was uncalled for.

Cibola village has great apartments. Their recent remodeling makes the homes feel sleek and modern. This was our first apartment and it has been a very positive experience. Great place with great staff! The upgraded appliances are nice, and it's got a nice location with plenty of stores nearby and easy access to Tramway. The staff are incredibly accommodating and communicative. Thank you for the great living experience!

My poor neighbor was attacked in parking lot. My car was broke into several times. A lot of homeless stay on the property. Extremely unsafe. Got tired of replacing car glass every month.Very very high crime area. Just way to to unsafe, had to move. Could not wait until lease was up- had to get out ASAP.

Cibola Village is a great place to live. The management is excellent and the environment is wonderful..!!
The Cibola Village Apartments are okay, they do have a pool and central laundry room for the tenants, they are not very good with keeping up maintenance though. The apartments are very well located , close to schools , stores, post office etc.
