Headline of Review for Chisholm Trace Apartments: Living at Chisholm Trace Apartments has been a major disappointment. I feel obligated to warn others about the ongoing issues here that management consistently fails to address. Health & Safety Neglect: I reported mold in my apartment — and knew of it in other units as well — and the only thing management did was paint over it. This is not a real solution and it put our health at risk. The mold got so bad that it even spread to our coffee table, which we had to throw out after just two years. Proper mold remediation was never done, despite multiple reports. Lack of Rule Enforcement: The complex has clear rules about quiet hours and pool curfews, but they are rarely enforced. There have been many nights where people blast music at the pool well past curfew, disturbing those of us who live nearby. On the flip side, there have also been multiple times the pool was closed before curfew — sometimes by two hours — with no explanation. It's completely inconsistent and frustrating. If you’re thinking of moving here, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The management is unresponsive, and they don’t prioritize the health, safety, or comfort of their residents.

I moved in on July 15th, construction is still going on but, for the price point here its amazing! Super spacious, quiet at night after 10 pm if you live by the pool, great amenities and the staff is amazing. Can't wait for them to finish the biking trail! :)

These are the nicest apartments in Cleburne. The office staff is very helpful and prompt in answering questions. Obviously, it is a bit loud but we expected that. So far, I couldn’t be more pleased.
