The apartment is so spacious and has lots of storage space even an additional storage closet outside! Another plus is the full size washer and dryer included in my unit! The staff is always so helpful and friendly I cannot say enough good things about this place.
Absolutely love my home. Extremely affordable, spacious, and clean. Staff is awesome the manager is always helpful and sweet. Apartments are nice with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and Maintenance is always sharp.
I don’t have anything other than positive things to say about the property and management. New improvements have been made and the property grounds looks great. Management are super responsive and always listen to concerns. Highly recommend
There are constant break ins. There gates never work. They have no security protocol or cameras. I’m still in my first three days of living here and I had my car ransacked that same night someone’s car was stolen and I caught a group of people with mask and face coverings looking through my windows. There was nothing that the apartment could do.this was just a day ago and tonight I found another person going through vehicles. Management will lie to get you into a lease. BEWARE. The unit moved into was newly renovated but still came with major issues. The price seems good but not worth the headache with management or constant loss of items.

When I first moved in it was great. Then small stuff started happening like the a/c not working and the water having issues. The maintenance team was phenomenal. Everything was fixed within 24 hours or less. I first contemplated moving when the roaches came. But this too was resolved.It took a while for this to be fixed but it did. Then management changed and quality has plummeted. Maintenence is still excellent but the handling of tenant issues such a noise, dog waste, and smoking in the apartments is basically nonexistent. This place used to be a place I was happy to reside, but not its a place I would have definitely overlooked if were searching for a place to live.

This is my first apartment and I’ve lived here for about 6 months and it’s been great. Beautiful renovations, the management is very nice and helpful, and anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue they’ve fixed it immediately. I love that I can walk to the mall and movie tavern and there’s a bunch of restaurants right behind the complex. Would definitely recommend.

Hi! My wife and I lived at CR for several years. After Knightvest took over, there have been several improvements of buildings and amenities. Management is always ready to help and fair. Location is great and we enjoyed proximity to the movies, gym, restaurants, and more

Chisholm Ranch is a great apartment community. I recently moved here in August and I cannot complain. I love the updated stainless steel appliances! Very quiet environment and conveniently located near shopping malls, grocery stores, and more. I love it here and I see myself living here for awhile. The pictures are very up to date and accurate. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the tenants and maintenance is very responsive.

I have lived here almost 2 years and the manager is kind, courteous and willing to help in anyway she can. She has been honest with me from day 1 and I am happy living here and knowing that if anything goes wrong in my apartment that it will and has been taken care of, and I can be picky....

Poor excuse for management as they know nothing about guest services. Very rude. I would advise to not rent at this location due to the crime rate and the gate never closes. It has not worked since I've been here (2 yrs). They have never solved my roach infestation issue!! It is disgusting! They are too old and not kept up very well.

Office staff is never in the office and don't even both to call; they never answer the phone or return calls. Units are severely over priced for non upgraded units. Raise your rent each year to match the rest of the property but won't upgrade because you are still in the unit. Manager is useless and would rather spend time drinking with tenants than managing. Safe yourself the Hassel and go somewhere else.

All I have to say is learn from my mistakes. Please don't sign their lease. It's like making a deal with the devil. Management is a joke. Maintenance is terrible on purpose. They took me for all the money I had by the time I left. It seems too good to be true when they show you around. It is.

My Husband and I moved into this complex in June. The staff are very understanding, welcoming, and caring. They made the move in process easy and simple. If we found anything wrong with the apartment maintenance came the same day and didn't leave until the task was complete. They have dog parks, great pool and pool parties, great staff and lovely apartments!! I LOVE IT HERE
The staffing in my complex is very perfesional and they also make you feel very comfortable to be around them. They give you this vibe that let you know we are about business but can also be friends. They swim with everyone, also participate in activities in the complex. They always stay on top of what's going on in the area and always making sure that the ones staying in the community are comfortable. I love the area
The office staff is very nice. If there is an issue they get out to fix it the day of or the day after. Very quiet neighborhood! If I didn't have to move for work I would stay for another year! Good place overall!

This complex is nice and quiet. The staff is very helpful. When I have had a couple things that needed looked at, they were on top of it that day and always polite. They keep the whole complex nice and clean. I have told others about River Ranch Apartments in Fort Worth.
