The staff at Chestnut Square is excellent. They are always pleasant, friendly and helpful. The staff is always professional and responds promptly.

What truly distinguishes Chestnut Square is the exceptional team. The concierge desk sets a friendly tone from day one, and my experience with Zach and Craig has been extraordinary. When my storage unit flooded, Craig quickly located a safer space, moved all of my belongings while I was traveling, and protected my things from further water damage. It was a seamless, thoughtful solution, exactly the kind of proactive care that sets this community apart.

Great staff, great tenants, great location. I have been here two weeks, and so far, it has been a great experience. Everything you could ever want is within walking distance.

Staff is excellent. Very courteous & professional. The building LOOKS nice and reasonably new but construction was very poor quality. Flooring tiles are loose, trim in bathrooms are loose, some of the repairs (especially tile) is generously "haphazard". Current reconstruction of courtyard-facing walls is out of the control off on-site management but is a complete sh!t-show, preventing residents from utilizing decks and grill/firepit/pool/outdoor amenity space

Cleanest residence, best maintenance team, friendliest office staff, best concierges, this is the best choice of apartments. I have lived in apts. for a lot of years and Chestnut Square definitely beats them all in every category.

CSQ is the place to be in West Chester!! Nothing can beat the location that has downtown at its front door. And the staff is always ready willing and able to attend to all of your needs. ????

Truly a real home. The staff could not be more attentive to the state of the building, or accommodating to the requests of the residents. The residents themselves are wonderful, friendly people , ranging in age from young professionals , to retirees. I cannot say enough positive things about life in Chestnut Square.

CS is a well kept, quiet and attractive building. Staff is responsive to requests and friendly. . The location is superb. Apartment is comfortable but in our unit seriously lacking closet space. The storage unit we have to have due to lack of closets rains ceiling debris on our items. We had to get tarps.

Beautiful complex/people are nice also We love that it is dog friendly. We also love amenities such as the pool and the gym The facility is cleaned every day

Staff is extremely friendly, responsive, and supportive. Very clean. Within walking distance of everything. Having an indoor garage is great to not deal with street parking. 100% a great community!

Moving into Chestnut Square has been a fantastic experience! The staff made everything smooth, and I felt welcome from day one. The amenities are top-notch. The gym is perfect for morning workouts, and having a yoga studio is a nice bonus. The coffee machine on the first floor is a great touch and makes mornings even better! I haven’t used the business center yet, but it’s great to have it available. The parking garages are easy to access, making routines hassle-free. The location couldn’t be better—being in the heart of town makes everything so convenient. Chestnut Square is truly the best place in town for those seeking comfort and community. Meeting the friendly dogs here has been a highlight. I don’t have pets myself, but seeing them around adds a warm, welcoming vibe. The other residents I’ve met have been friendly, making it feel like a real community. Overall, I am thrilled with my experience and look forward to enjoying all that Chestnut Square offers!

Chestnut Square is well known for the amazing amenities available on the property: Fitness Center, Resident Lounge, Outdoor Pool Area, Business Center, 4th Floor Outdoor Terrace, Dog Park, and Concierge Services. Recently, we have enjoyed some wonderful new social events: wine tasting, outdoor salsa lessons, and a sweet picnic basket event that showcased local parks in the area. We have a very diverse community here and there's always something of interest going on for all residents.

We have been residents of Chestnut Square since December of 2022. It is the best decision we have made! The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, the facilities are beautifully maintained and the apartments are beautiful. We are thrilled to be part of the Chestnut Square community.

Chestnut Square is awesome! Great soft spaces, attentive and consistant staff, beautiful common areas, no apartment-next-door noise, right at downtown West Chester. Plenty of floor plan options and flexible leases. They keep up on repairs and cleaning, so it always looks nice. Everything is taken care of, even changing lightbulbs! We’ve been here 5 years and counting…

Moving in was a breeze. The loading area made getting my furniture into my unit super easy. Everyone in the building is very nice and welcoming. The staff is very quick to respond to questions. The underground parking is amazing and super convenient.

Let's start with the location - it's simply unbeatable. Nestled in the heart of the West Chester downtown, I found myself within walking distance of the restaurants, cafes, etc. The building is clean and well-maintained. The attention to cleanliness is evident throughout the entire building, from the hallways to the shared spaces. It's clear that the management takes great pride in ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for all residents. The gym is also nice.

Great place to live but I gave it 4 stars due to how expensive it is. The staff are super friendly. Love that my packages are placed in a secure area until I can get them. Cleaning staff is excellent with keeping the place looking and smelling clean.

Chestnut Square has been an absolutely fantastic place to call home. The staff is incredibly friendly and the amenities are superb. Even when I have encountered issues requiring maintenance it has been on time and they have gone above and beyond.
