I've lived in many places but there's nothing like chestnut ridge apartments my one bedroom space is better then some houses I've lived in and at night when going to bed I have to look out the window sometimes to make sure population still exist it's so quiet I love this place!

I love these apartments so much everything I asked for and more the renovations are top notch and the property manager is the best it’s nice to have a relationship with your property manager and she is the one my kids love the play ground and the area is close to everything I need Trader Joe’s LSU lake and more

Recently moved in to Chestnut Ridge and i will say I’m liking it so far. Nice quite area not too much going on around here. The apartments itself look so great being remodeled, bright lights and very spacious. The leasing agent Mari was so helpful, very nice and patience. I think i will for sure enjoy it over here!
When i spoke with the leasing agent over the phone, her voice was very welcoming. Also the apartments are getting remodeling and look very nice. The leasing agent showed me around the apt complex. What makes me want to move here is because she will like for all the tenants to get together and know one another. I would love to stay in a community like that.
The Leasing agent is very nice and makes you feel very welcomed and will also talk to you if seeing you around the apartments.
Mari was so helpful with everything! The apartments are remolded so nicely it looks as if they were just built.
If there is a problem they will handle it!!! By these apartments being new you may experience a little minor problem but they will always solve it!!! Neighborhood is quiet for the most part and the management is good! She is always in a good mood and very helpful! Maintenance may drop in unexpectedly sometimes but that’s only to ensure everything with the apartments are fine! I have experienced no pest and the area is clean! Best apartment I’ve had
