Property Ratings at Chestnut Hills
You know I really tried to give this place a chance, we moved here to save some money, but it is NOT even worth that. Whole apartment smells like cigarette smoke, the hallways are always resided by homeless people. "Security" is non existent. A laundry room is advertised, but nothing ever works. We got beyond charged for clean up and a cutting board that was supposedly a move in gift when we moved out. Not to mention we always paid our rent on time and never missed a month. Seriously don't move here, it is not worth it.
