Neighborhood is pretty great for families with kids. There is a lot of noise that travels between apartments but other than that, we have found it pretty kid friendly.

First night in apartment and the furnace stopped working!!! Maintenance said they would have someone come out next week and replace it. It below 30 degrees outside and I have no heat. Maintenance said they would bring me a heater showed up with a 6" heater for the entire apartment!!! Thank God I have electric blanket. wasn't able to see apartment before move in day because of maintenance being in the apartment, don't know what they were doing because so much is messed up. Washer does drain properly,light switch is hard to flip, GFCI in kitchen trips when anything is plugged in. Switch in living room is actually missing!!!!!. All this in first 2 Days of living here. Curious what is next!!!

Nice neighborhood! Decent people live here. Some training on maintenance could go a long way and addressing issues right away instead of bandaiding, could save money and time in the long run. Although, maintenance crew is friendly and polite.

It’s been a regular experience, not the worst place to sleep through the night but steps and talks can be heard throughout the walls, maintenance is very kind, but first month of move-in I made like 7 request to fix the “newly renovated” apartment. Staff can take 5 days to reply an email.

It is okay. I am upset with the fact there are a lack of security cameras around. Someone stole my package and they couldn't see who did it. I complained about trash being out in the back of buildings and it took weeks for them to come pick it up. The buildings are fine.

Move in went super well. A few small things wrong with the apartment. We didnt realise we didnt have heat until the day after we moved in. Had an HVAC person out within a couple hours to get our heat working. The apartment is absolutley beautiful and the neightbors have been super nice as well. Overall loving it here so far.

It can be a little loud sometimes. It's nice having a washer and dryer. The closet is pretty big. I don't love the gas stove and I wish the refrigerator was bigger.

None of the problems that I found in my initial walkthrough have been addressed by maintenance and it has been almost 3 months. My maintenance requests have been ignored but they are proactive with the things that haven’t been specific requests such as checking smoke detectors and changing the HVAC filters.

This apartment is reasonably priced, but there are several reasons for this. The building is plagued by roaches, and maintenance work orders are often presented as mere suggestions. Additionally, non-residents frequently occupy the hallways. It is unfortunate that individuals who cannot afford more suitable accommodations are compelled to endure subpar building management.

It’s been ok. Many things I could complain about but I choose not to. Overall living here is a decent experience and really the only annoying part for me is the fact that we live on the second floor, so I can hear every My neighbors above me take.

Huge apartments. The washer and dryer are normal size. They are side by side. Walk in closet is very room for all clothes and storing stuff. Kitchen is small but a decent size.

I love how professional the staff are. The property manager is amazing !! The office is set up amazing. The staff are ready and willing to lend a helping hand .
Staff and workers fix things as fast as they can. The bad thing is that new neighbors, though, blare the music so loud at times that it will change the TV stations on my TV without me touching a thing.

It’s been nice so far. Hope to continue my stay here for a while. Very clean community with nice people. Have had trouble with maintenance but otherwise good.

It's getting better. Would love to see the kids pool fixed as that the entire reason I started renting here. They have told me for the last 2 years that they would have it ready for the next season. I guess third time is the charm.

Everything keeps breaking not happy I wanted the upgrade apartment and I didn't want the third floor and people keep leaving trash in the parking lot parking space are terrible

Although I’ve had one of my packages stolen from my doorstep, the community is clean & well kept with many amenities. Maintenance is often helpful.

Nice community ?? clean environment. My children love the playground always ??. Office staff friendly and professional. Maintenance staff are the best all of them.

I been having issue with roaches inside my apartment. I keep seeing coming from the kitchen (inside dishwasher and fridge). But besides that I love living here. Great for couple who are starting their life together.

Wish the pool was open every day, if not just more days. If you ever need help with something outside of starting a lease, forget about getting it. Conveniently, they aren't ever able to help with anything! There's also dog poop everywhere and people usually trash the buildings the same day the cleaners come. But the neighborhood looks pretty from the leasing office!

So far, so good.Everyone seems pretty friendly and I love my apartment.My favorite is the patio.. I was a little disappointed of the cleaning.You guys need new cleaning people I shouldn't have to clean my apartment when I move in everything... And I was promised a new kitchen.And that's not the case.. But nothing I can do because i'm already in hearing..

The area is nice with lots to do near by. The apartments are pretty standard and the neighbors aren't too loud. So far I haven't had any problems while living here.

I have some really nice neighbors and have had no real personal problems within my actual building, there has been some known car thefts up to and including tires being stolen off of a vehicle, there is a pool on the premises but it's only open from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. weather permitting on Thursdays Friday Saturday and Sundays which is less days than it was last year in 2023, hopefully they don't drop it down to just the weekends next year considering you have to pay the amenity fee of $70 every month for both that or the gym whether you use them or not , however that only became the norm when I re-signed my lease after the first year and the $300 "one time amenity fee"; All in all I have lived worse places.

I love it here! It is clean, safe, and the gym is so much fun! Furthermore, the neighbours are great and the pool has very decent hours. Their back to school bash should be fun!

I loved it when I first moved in for about the first 6 months. They do not follow the rules on breed restrictions. The dog parks are not kept very clean at all. There are holes where you can break your ankle if you don't watch out where you're walking. There is no parking unless you pay an extra fee to have a permanent spot for yourself. They do not go around and check to see if people are renters. If you call to say something they will tell you to call the tow truck company and they'll come out and have a look. Maintenance is great. Also if you're looking for peace and quiet it is a quiet area however if you're concerned about your neighbors make sure to check to see if you have a renter above you that has carpet. If not I may have hardwood floors you're going to hear it all night long to wear literally your ceiling lamps will be rattling and shaking.
