Property Ratings at Cherrywood Apartments
Cherrywood apartments are run down, dirty apartments that offer little to no ammentities. The worst encounter I had with them is when they "mistakenly" threw away all the items in a garage I had rented from them for over a year. I was lied to by previous property management about the door system of the 7601 building being knocked out by a storm when in reality it had been years before I moved in that it had ever worked. Short of it.. save your money and rent from someone more credible. Oh and as for all my items that they destroyed, they never even offered to give me that month of the garage fees back and the only type of restitution offered was one free month rent.
