Cherry Plaza Apartments

This has been a great 1 bdrm apt.! I love living here. The staff rocks, and they keep the place very clean. ZERO insects, so old claims about roaches mean nothing, I have never seen a single one here. I think new management turned things around since those reviews. Package deliveries are made to the leasing office, and I pick them up often there with zero issues, they are always friendly and helpful. Rent is very affordable, and the electric bill is low even running the AC in the summer. I would definitely tell anyone to go for it with getting an apt. here.

Very nice place with friendly management team. The assistant manager and the lady in the office are super friendly. Always ready to help you out when in need of assistance. I strongly recommend this apartment. I will miss you guys a lot.

Location is nice with looks of food, and stores around. Management always helpful- and friendly. Quick when needed for emergency maintenance as the crew lives st the complex as well. Laundry - washers & dryers have an app to use making it nice and convenient. You can see which are available and also easy to load app for payment and check the time on the machine.

This place has been amazing the last 2 1/2 months that I lived here. I moved from a complex that lets just say was horrible and almost made me 100% move from Denver till I found this place. If you want a place that is one top of repairs, great office/maintenance staff and most of all a safe great place to live. I would absolutely recommend this place for any type of person.

Cherry Plaza offers cheap apartments and cheaper service. The "renovated" unit I moved into was littered with damage and mistakes. There was a large hole in the wall of the bathroom that never got looked at by management, the "new" appliances were bargain bin 2nd hand trash, and the sinks spray nozzle never once functioned from the day I moved in to the day I escaped. Furthermore, the communal laundry space in my building was disgusting. I don't think it was actually cleaned a single time in the year I lived there, making it an ideal spreading room for pests such as bedbugs, which I should have anticipated from earlier reviews. On top of all of this was a terrible management "company" that took any question to their mandates as a hostility. When I reached out to management about issues with their apartment they sicked their lawyer on me. Luckily litigation was avoided when it became clear they simply were trying to get me to break lease so they could charge more for my unit (which is exactly what happened after I left). Avoid this place like the plague. There are far better options for the same price range. Oh also, I left my apartment immaculate and with less damage than when I took ownership and still didn't get my deposit back.

This place is my first apartment and it’s been the best year of my life, I might just stay for another. The staff are super friendly and helpful, I can take my dog to the little dog park they have so he can run around and meet others, and pool is AMAZING in the summer! I’ve looked at other places in the area and this one just feels like home to me.

I have lived at cherry plaza apartments for 8 years now and Nicole and Brianna are so very helpful they take care of the problems as best as they can and to maintain the apartments. The apartments are nice to live in and quiet and close to the light rail. LMM

I moved to Denver in June 2021. I had a very short timeline to find a place for my wife and I, as I had recently been offered a position in the Denver area. I got in touch with Nicole, the property manager, and she was AMAZING! She found an apartment for us the same day I reached out! We were able to view the property within a couple days and sign the lease directly after. The amenities at the facility are great, pool, outdoor grills, elevator, touchless laundry facility and so much more. Nicole is absolutely wonderful to work with. Anything you need in terms of maintenance or anything at all, she is on it immediately. Also, obviously the cost of living in this area is crazy, and Cherry Plaza is very reasonable. It's right near the main light rail station, so you have easy access to public transportation that will take you anywhere you need to go if you don't feel like driving! I highly recommend Cherry Plaza! 5 stars! MDA.

Management addresses any issues that arise. Nicole and Brianna work hard to keep the complex updated and renovated. Quiet and respectable neighbors. Great location near the light rail!

I have lived here for almost a year and a half and things have been smooth. The folks in the office are really nice and the maintenence people are good at what they do. The location is amazing too being less than 10 minutes walk to the light rail station. BST

I have lived here for 2yrs and have received nothing but excellent service from Leasing to Maintenance. Close to all stores: King Soopers, Safeway etc.

I have lived at Cherry plaza for a little over a year and they have been amazing the management in the office are amazing and extremely helpful on everything. Nicole and Bri get things taken care very fast and made my transition to a 2 bedroom extremely smooth. The maintenance crew gets things fixed fast. I would recommend this to anyone and I am so close to the light rail which is my main commute to work

Management is awesome and friendly. Plus their maintenance team is very speedy to help with any problems. Today I noticed my garbage disposal stopped working and the maintenance team was over within 30 minutes. Also, a very quiet place to live too.

The management here is very nice and very helpful They want to make you happy in your home ... it's quite and nice neighborhood took my dog for a walk and pet friendly....

Not to mention, it's right next to the light rail, providing cheap, near-instantaneous access to all points East West, North and South. I've been here a few years, and managed to make a nice home for myself in the abundant space provided. There's lots of parking and a laundry and dryer onsite. How much better can it get?

Do not and I can not be any more clear do not rent from this place! Heather is a liar about everything, the staff has illegal firearms in there apartments, the heating does not work. And to top that off there is 3 lights in the entire apartment, so if your looking for a place that has no bedroom lights, or living room lights along with no heating this is the place for you, but I doubt that’s what anyone is looking for. This place could not be any worse!

The apartments are fully and newly remodeled. The rent is very cheap for a 1 bedroom. I love the part of Denver I live in. It's very close to the lightrail and downtown. I've been there for 3 years and don't plan in leaving anytime soon. It's in a good area and its a quiet neighborhood.

Not bad, is a place to dwell. Rent going up now, maybe not worth it.
