The property manager Cait goes above and beyond! She genuinely cares about the residents and my family! We love living here and can’t wait for the pool to open! Thank you for taking such great care of us and an easy move!

TLDR: Absolutely do not move in here. My vehicle was stolen from the 2nd floor of the parking garage the day I was moving out, in broad daylight. Terrible ventilation and the amenities look better in the pictures than they really are. I do not think anyone should willingly choose to live at this property. Other than the maintenance guys being chill, the property itself is absolutely a terrible place to live. My last and most recent experience with this place was the day I was moving out, when my car was stolen in broad daylight from their parking garage. The security cam conveniently didn’t seem to catch exactly what happened except that my car was there one minute and gone the next in the clip. I don’t know what they are doing for security and charging all this money for my car to be stolen in broad daylight. There is a gate that doesn’t work, and it seems anyone can enter and leave the parking lot whenever they want. My family and I stayed in the East Tower, in one of the un-renovated apartments - it was fully carpeted except for the kitchen and bathrooms. If you have pets, these apartments are terrible due to pet dander sticking on all the carpet and the apartment themselves having poor ventilation. The bathrooms do not have proper fans to help dehumidify after showers, and their mechanism for doing it through the roof works terribly poorly. It seems also to be connected to ventilation of the bathrooms in other apartments, as the smell of smoke/tobacco/MJ can be smelt through the bathrooms. The extremely poor humidity in the bathrooms due to the poor ventilation made it very easy for mold/mildew to develop. I’m pretty sure there is mold in the building’s stair ways as well, which you may have to take the many times the elevators are out of service. I suffered from severe migraines while living in that apartment, my family has had worsened asthma as well. I lost my sense of smell…which returned when we moved out. The building itself is often smelly, and the elevators are disgusting most days. There is often dog pee in the elevators of the apartment complex, and is something that happens very, very frequently. There are often days when only one elevator will work, at which there is a line waiting to travel through 14 floors. Not worth it, especially if you have a family. We would not raise our newborn in this apartment complex, for health and sanitary concerns. I highly recommend AVOIDING THIS PLACE.

Went on a tour there with Danielle, she was fantastic and answered all my questions! She knew everything about the community! Can’t wait to downsize from my house to an apartment!

I toured recently and I love it at Cherry Hill Towers. The grounds were clean and the upgrades were so nice. Caitlyn was so helpful. We can’t wait to move in!!

This place has been my home for almost a year now. Apartment living is always difficult but the staff at Cherry Hill has always been kind and helpful. Especially Danielle who sits in the front. She always helps me and my husband and she loves our dog. I would recommend this place because of the location and staff and especially maintenance requests. Eric and Keith are hands down the best and helped us with a leak we had in our apartment.

Arrived on time for my 10:30 am appointment. Danielle, from leasing, told me to wait. She then proceeded to engage in a personal conversation with a couple regarding her daughter, and how she wants to start buying records, etc while I stood there waiting... Yes! she had a personal conversation in my presence while I STOOD there waiting. Fortunately, the couple, seeing how unprofessional she was, eventually suggested to her that maybe she should start my appointment. I would not have minded waiting if they were wrapping up a deal but the conversation was entirely personal and being driven by Danielle. Complete disregard for me and my time, let alone my potential business.

Iv been living here a little over a year and I must say I am very happy with the staff, always friendly and willing to help, I had a clogged toilet and called the office who immediately sent up the maintenance man, he was professional and respected my apartment by putting booties on before coming in. Very happy with them!!

I was walking around the complex and had a general question about the complex. I ran into a maintenance man and he was able to answer my question and was super helpful ! awesome complex, very well taken care of.

Very spacious and clean apartments. No problems with noise like I have experienced elsewhere. Had a small issue with my washer but Angela in the office was so helpful and got it taken care of for me right away. Friendly staff, nice neighbors, no complaints!

I recently moved here, almost a month now. They told me that the apartment is ready to move in, pay holding fees, security deposit, $65 to get it inspected by “professional” people to “make sure everything is ready to move in”. After a day they said all good, pay this month’s rent and you can move in. All good till now. When I moved in to the apartment, it had major issues. 1. Toilet seat was dirty/messy. 2. Shower curtain rod was broken. 3. Cold water was not coming in toilet. 4. Water flow was very bad in kitchen. 5. Kitchen lights were broken. 6. Curtain blinds were completely missing. 7. Dish washer was not working at all. 8. No ice trays in fridge. 9. Both fobs were not working. I went to leasing office complained about all these thing. They fixed few things and completely forgot about rest. When I asked to provide me a copy of inspection done by so called “professional” for which they charged me $65, they were not able to provide. When I email about these issues, no reply from them. I tried to follow up with them with more emails, no reply from them. Now I was following up with Parcel Pending and Cherry Hill Tower leasing office for 2nd week for my parcel jammed into locker, they are not able help and were asking me every-time to come tomorrow. LOL. Conclusion, Cherry Hill Towers management is very unprofessional, they don’t keep their words. I can say, they don’t care about tenants. Consider this place as last option. I would say, better to avoid Cherry Hill Towers.

multiple noise complaints nothing done - still have construction disturbances left packages without notice of delivery. When confronted stated they are not responsible for notifying of packages even though old management did. When confront first they blamed me for not picking it up even though I went 3 times after the delivery date for other packages and this was not given to me. Then shifted blame to its not our responsibility. HOW ABOUT DONT SIGN FOR IT THEN AND HOLD A $300 ITEM WITHOUT NOTICE TO A TENANT. No apology no remorse

I lived here at Cherry Hill Towers for 5 years, before this new management I loved it here. Now, the property looks dirty,no one answers the phone in office, we are now being charged for garbage removal (which Viking never charges), maintenance is joke, they jacked up the rent for new comers, they are talking removing the gym out of the West building, etc. this new management Aion has zero experience with managing a “luxury” high rise apartment they only have experience with Garden style lower level apartment complexes. I’m moving as soon as my lease is up...

At first when we came to the towers the management was extremely helpful and kind. However, after problems with their apartment (completely out of our control), they became frustrating to deal with. We have had an issue with our fridge shutting off, and have lost our food twice because of this (notified management, and never was reimbursed). Maintenance came to our apartment over 5 times for the same issue, always beating around the bush and making it seem like the fridge shutting off was our fault. They have their appliances hooked to outlets with other items, causing it to frequently overload and shut off. So, they continued to tell us not to use certain outlets in our kitchen. In the end, maintenance replaced our fridge. However, they replaced it with an older model so now we have a nonstop, high pitched ringing noise coming from our fridge. I cannot even sit in my living room enjoyably because of the sound, so I’m stuck in my room. Rent is way too high at this place to deal with this. However, contacting management about another issue just doesn’t seem worth the trouble and attitude we receive. Furthermore, most of the neighbors are friendly; however, many are very loud and will smoke in their apartments causing the hallways to smell. Elevators are dirty and smelly the majority of the time as well. Mold is growing in the washers and are not cleaned- notified maintenance of this issue as well and they canceled my request without cleaning the washers. As previous reviews have mentioned, the washer/ dryer combo in the apartments are TERRIBLE and take 3 hours to dry your clothes so you’re stuck paying for laundry in the basement. AC units are extremely loud and we have to constantly turn our tv up and down because of this. Carpets are matted and obviously a cheap quality. Unfortunately my fiancé and I rushed into this apartment complex because we were in a pinch and now we cannot wait to move out. Gave two stars simply because of the location, the pool, and the nice park out back. Bottom line is, rent is way too high for the customer service of management and the quality of the apartments.

I lived here for a few months and had a terrible experience with management. The apartment was ok for a short term, except we had a bug problem. However, there is a problem of theft in the apartment complex and the management won't address it. I had multiple packages stolen from my front door, when the complex guarantees that we would have our packages always delivered to the front desk. I spoke with multiple other residents who said they have had packages stolen, and a member of their maintenance team said he knew of someone whose television was stolen. After literally begging management to help me look into who had stolen my package (that had a computer in it), they continued to say it wasn't their problem and ultimately just stopped responding. I highly recommend living elsewhere if you want to feel safe/comfortable in your own building. I have recently found out I will be relocating to Cherry Hill permanantly and will not be renewing my lease here.

I lived at Cherry Hill Towers for the past year with my boyfriend and dog. I will say overall we really liked our experience here, with a few notable things you may want to take into consideration before deciding to move here. Pros: 1. Location is great-so close to lots of NJ towns and to Philly 2. Maintenance is always quick to answer calls and to finish whatever needs repair. 3. The facilities are nice to have and well kept, each building has it's own gym. 4. The apartments are generally nicer and more updated than others in the area that are listed at comparable prices. Cons: 1. We had a one bedroom apartment that had a washer/dryer combo machine. IT WAS AWFUL. It takes at least 3 hours to do one load of wash that is 1/4 the size of a normal load of wash; I got to the point of where I stopped using it all together and would let my laundry pile up and pay to do 4 or 5 loads at once in the basement laundry room. 2. The air conditioner is so loud, we were constantly turning the TV volume up and down whenever it would go off. 3. The "neighbors". Now, I know this is not something CHT can control and there were some very nice people here, but it severely impacted our experience. We have a black lab/border collie mix who was around 3 months old when we moved in and was the sweetest puppy, as they usually are. So many people in the building hate dogs they would literally refuse to ride the elevator with him or would scream when they saw him. A small PUPPY, and not a "scary" dog breed either. This affected our dog so bad that he is now afraid of strangers because he feels they all hate him. This infuriates us even more since there plenty of apartment complexes in the area that do not allow for any pets that those people could have (should have) chose to live in. We ended up buying a house with a fenced yard in an extremely dog friendly community so we cannot be happier. Overall, it's a decent place to live if you don't have any pets. Also, when they sent us information to renew they raised the rent-we had already started the process of purchasing our house so it wasn't a conversation-but we saw our apartment is listed on their website to rent for cheaper than what they offered us to renew for, so definitely negotiate if they try to do that to you.

It's nice to live here. The apartment is well placed across the street from the Cherry Hill Mall and various restaurants.The management team are Polite as well as the MAINTENANCE TEAM. They respond to calls in a timely manner. The grounds are well kept as well as the pool and tennis court. ALso the apartments are nice.

very quiet....granite countertops in kitchen and baths, landscaping and grounds are beautiful as well as the pool. The fitness center needs an upgrade, it has older carpeting, the air conditioning could be higher, and the air is not fresh. They do not have security that monitors the gymn, parking lots and lobbies. It is a secured entrance but I see people wait for a resident to walk in and go in. The elevators are old and do not always smell clean...they are notnot always working so it is a big inconvenience as it is a high rise and I am on the 11 th floor. For the price this is reasonable. The lobbies and parking lots could be monitored with more security... The maintenance team responds immediately. The location is amazing!!

Simply put, can't ask for anything more! Beautiful building and inviting landscaping, awesome amenities, amazing location! Feels more like a luxury condominium! The staff is excellent. Great amenities like Fitness Center, Game Room, Luxury Pool Area, Bocce Court, Putting Green, Tennis Court and BBQ's. Tons of open green space! Each unit features granite kitchen and bathroom countertops. Generous closets. Feels wrong calling it an apartment complex, more like a condo community! Walking distance to amazing food, entertainment and Cherry Hill Mall as well as Target, Kohls and other shopping! If Cherry Hill Towers is not on your list, you are missing a 5 star home for incredible value!
