Welcome to Rock Hill, South Carolina's fifth-largest city, located 25 miles south of Charlotte. Downtown features a historic district with twelve preserved buildings from 1840, now home to local shops and restaurants. The Catawba River's Riverwalk offers paths for walking and cycling, plus access points for kayaking. Winthrop University's campus brings educational opportunities and cultural events to the community. Current rental trends show average prices ranging from $1,080 for studios to $1,691 for three-bedroom units, with most options showing slight increases over the past year.
Rock Hill holds the distinction of producing more NFL players per capita than any other U.S. city, earning its nickname "Football City USA." The annual Come-See-Me Festival celebrates local culture each spring with art displays, food vendors, and community events. Neighborhoods like Newport and Ebenezer each offer their own character, with housing options ranging from apartments to historic homes.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Vintage
Don't rent from them they don't take care of their property. We were living in a three bed one bath and the walls in the living room kept heating up right where the switches are. We took the front part of the switches off and mini fires had started they came to the apartment 3 time and never fixes them. So as my tendents right say if I feel like my family is in any danger I have a right to with hold my rent. So they evicted us and is now saying when we left the widows were broke, the place was trashy, and that all the blinds were broken. Only 3 blinds where broken and I was willing to get them replaced but when they sent us the papers on damages said the blinds cost was $50 I said that wasn't right so we went over cause we were still good friends with our neighbors and they had put brand new wood blinds in not the cheap one we had when we first moved in and they never added the 800 deposit to anything it wasn't on the paper but the pet deposit was showing they will screw you over in a heart beat thanks to them my family can't get another place and I have a baby on the way and we are having to live with other family members thanks to them.
Friendly manager, great maintenance. They are always there when you need something repaired. Great price for size and location.
Community laundry, no luxury amenities. Ok for the budget conscious. Willing to work with you. Family owned. Not always in the office. Great for college students looking for cheap rent. Not a great family community. Poorly maintained landscape. Overall great for fast cheap apartments. Not great for family and children.
