The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Chelsea Village
It’s an okay place to live. I enjoy that they keep the grounds up and my neighbors are respectful. I love my space and the size of the rooms. I’ve had a few instances, where I needed emergency maintenance they have came pretty quickly anywhere between 3 hours to a day. If it’s not an emergency probably like a week give or take. They are friendly, but sometimes it’s taken multiple reports things fixed. For example, I was without hot water for about three weeks in the winter and it took multiple reports to identify the problem. The office staff is very nice, but communication can be poor at times. They will not answer phone calls, but they will email you back in a timely manner if is something more major. You’re likely to not get an email back if it’s not major though. So if it’s dire or a more immediate question, you will need to visit the office in person. I do not enjoy how the apartments are poorly insulated. If it’s cold or hot, you will feel it in the bedroom, because the air/heat has poor circulation. There is a noticeable temperature difference between the bedroom and living room, especially because the closet has virtually no insulation. You will most likely have to tape around the windows/doors or put a draft stopper under your doors. The apartment is renovated, but the caulk around the shower falls apart pretty quickly and the caulk at the bottom peels off. As well as, the paint in the shower bubbling up when it gets steamy. The cabinets also need to be retightened at times, because they get loose. They did put in new carpet, which was great, but overtime the floor gets squeaky.
I have lived at Chelsea Village Apartments for 7 years and I love it. The apartments are nice, the staff is awesome & maintenance is great, the buildings are built very well and you don't hear your neighbors which is great. All of the neighbors are very nice. Very animal friendly environment. The surroundings are quiet and its a very pretty area kind of off the beaten path. You don't have to worry about crime because the neighborhood is nice and in the time I've lived there I didn't really ever hear of anything. You wont be sorry if you decide to move in here.

Thank you for your review of Chelsea Village and sharing your experience here. It is great to hear the reasons you love our community and your home over the past 7 years! It's a great feeling when you can have all of the benefits of living in an apartment community and not having to hear your neighbors while in your home. Thank you for being apart of our community at Chelsea Village! Justin Marion | Property Manager
Love the community itself. It's quiet, everyone is awesome from the office management down to the neighbors. I love the fact that it is child and pet friendly. When my daughter had a seizure and the EMS arrived , all of my neighbors from all over made sure everything was taken care of while I was out. I would really hate to move. I'm definitely signing another lease
We have lived here for 2 years and love it! The neighborhood is friendly and safe. Maintenance is there when you need them. If you have a problem they fix it within 24hrs or less if its an emergency. Management staff is friendly and they get to you know you. Grocery store and shopping is minuets away. The pool is saltwater and very relaxing. The clubhouse is big and great for parties!
