Despite being incorporated only two years ago, South Fulton has already developed a character all its own. I went and tour this property and it looks terrible! The blinds of other residences homes were tore down or just completely off. Boards up windows.The staircase to get up stairs to the other units didn’t look safe at all!!! There was a ton of random people standing around that looked really sketchy. The overall appearance of this property is terrible. I really wanted to turn around and not do the tour.

You’re better off living on the streets than here. These apartments are roach infested like crazy. They come out the walls, they multiply every 5 minutes so no matter how many you kill there’s always more. I can’t even lay down without roaches crawling onto my bed and getting in my face. Our whole apartment is leaking and they refuse to fix it. Yesterday both doorways were leaking and water was coming from under the floors which flooded our whole bathroom and they did nothing to fix it! Our floors are now lifting due to water damage, there’s roaches coming out of the floor and walls and it’s impossible to get rid of them

First these apartments are roach infested rat,mice,mouse and more nasty stuff infested these I had a apartment here and it was a rat under my oven first of all it was a rat,mice,mouse whatever it was in my room I called my mom and told her
Roach infested, they don’t fix anything , no washer dryer hook up , management is dishonest and won’t be truthful
management is dishonest and rents bad apartments out.
If I had a choice I wouldn't live here but having lost my job when the company closed I had to move someplace that would accept me with an eviction. They charged three times the rent for the deposit but then had to cut that back to 1 1/2 times the rent because they didn't have my apartment ready when they said they would. I have not personally had any issue here but there have been two shootings near my building since I moved in 1 1/2 years ago. Having said this there are also a lot of police coming and going and they have security walking around in the evenings. Lately the people moving in have been a lot louder and they have a lot more kids. Now its not that I don't like kids its that I don't like coming home and finding them playing on my porch when they don't even live in my building. Of course the parents are no place to be found. Also there are roaches that we can't seem to get rid of and its not just my apartment because talking to my neighbors they are in theirs too. I have done several roach bombs and they die down for a bit and then come back strong. I will say that the staff is great and I've never had a problem with them. They will work with you on the monthly rent as long as you keep your word.So if you get evicted out of here its because you just didn't pay at all. I do love that they don't bother you all the time. I will have to move as I need a bigger place but for the price I pay this isn't bad.
Pros: affordable place to stay !! Friendly staff been here almost a month haven't gave any issues !! nice floor plans . For a start ! Cons: you constantly have to visit the leasing office for your information on your apartment they never pick up the phone ! It took two month to move in after I got approved ! If your looking to move soon , apply month prior !! Deposits can be pricey with no credit .. other then that I like it (: great & easy place to stay for the price !
I live here and I love what I have according to what I pay for. There is not a playground but there is a Rec. Center right across the street. The staff is cool and l like my home AND I live in the back of the property. I'm glad because, this to me is the best apartments on Godby Rd. Oh, I also get an 5% off my rent because I work at the Airport. When I moved in I received 1/2 off my 1st month rent. I don't plan on staying here forever but in the mean time, I like it.
These apartments are the worst I have ever lived in. I really can't wait until my lease is up. I am moving far, far away. If you want save money, just look some where else.
