the parking lot gate never works along with the security gate. so people come and go as they please. its becoming more and more unsafe. A lot more activity in the area then when i first moved in. I'm over it.
Just moved in about 2 weeks ago, so far everything has been great. The application process was very easy and the office staff was very informative, they helped us out with all of our questions. Everything is clean, the pool is big, the bbq area is always clean.
Jeremy, has been helpful in my transition of moving in. Always been quick in handling any issues we had with the apartment during the first few days. Thank you also to Paco for being quick in maintenance. Property and environment is good

The office team, both assistant manager Leonard and office manager are very polite, helpful and easy to work with. The building is well maintained and clean. Overall, I’ve had a great experience moving here.
So many residence are moving including myself. I don't blame them. This place has gotten so horrible over the last year. The roaches are moving in as we move out. The hallways are filthy, carpets smell and then they wonder why there is fleas and large, are they roaches. The fumigate the halls, so they all just move inside. The the problem with the gates never being fixed properly. How many car break ins have there been? How many cars stolen? How many times I have seen the homeless swim in our pool? They live down at the trailers and they come to us to hang out and swim. Leaks, vandalized washrooms. If they would just fix the gates as needed it would happen less, The managers, so many times leave early so we can't even talk to them. Or they lock the doors but are inside so we need to bang. Then I am sorry, but the people with the dogs. Why do you bag the poo and then toss it in the bushes. Take it to the trash. This is our home...try. It would help if there were more trash cans around but I guess that would be to much to ask for. Even the building work they are doing takes forever. I guess they trying to get cheep labor. But an inconvience for the tenants. And after all this they want to raise the rent and force you to sign another yearly contract or an additional $100 a month. Why? And they still have not stopped the lady from feeding the cats, which also feeds the rats and possiums. But what do they care?
Great apartment. Leonard was incredibly helpful and made the process incredibly easy and stress free. Premises very clean, well maintained and well managed.

love it here - have lived in 3 different apartment sizes - all have been super - it is close to bus line and metro line, shopping etc. very clean and grounds are great - pool is always clean. maintenance is very responsive and fixes any problems immediately -my air conditioner went out and had a new one installed within 3 hours!!!!
