Chateau had been a good experience with paper and move in process being smooth and fairly quick. Have enjoyed the building and our apt is what we were looking for.

Absolutely worst experience ever. I have been renting for years and this is by far the most unresponsive team I have dealt with. I had to break my lease as I bought a house, I of course paid the lease breaking fees. A month later I get a bill with ADDITIONAL RENT charges and other unexplained charges even after getting the apartment professionally cleaned. I tried to reach out to their Leasing agent MULTIPLE times over email as well as the owning company but no one is willing to respond and explain the charges. Stay away unless you want to be overcharged without explanation when you leave!Absolutely worst experience ever. After I submitted a Google review, they reached out asking for bank statement to prove rent payment. It's been more than a week I shared the documents but no response yet despite several follow ups. Seriously the worst most unprofessional group of people I've ever dealt with. Stay away unless you want to be overcharged without explanation when you leave!

Hello I moved in a few months ago, and I really like when I meet the people here in the lobby or elevator. Every one is very friendly. And the community itself is quiet.

So far so good, lots of noise comes through closed windows and doors, lighting is somewhat lacking overall. Other than that we are happy with our move so far

So many issues to move into this apt from the application stage to signing the lease & actual move into the apt. But 1 person stood out thru this whole ordeal & followed thru with promises & corrected the multiple problems-onsite property mgr, Lorenzo. He is amazing & should get a raise. Small issues could have been fixed remotely & in a timelier manner. Instant problems with the application process (used apply now button directly on prop. website) to signing of the lease to maintenance concerns-nonstop hurdles to overcome just to get to an actual legal move in after the 3 tries. Coverage while Lorenzo was out proved wrong. One emp told me something potentially illegal too. You NEVER tell a new tenant to take possession of apt without a completed lease signed by both parties. Maint. requests that were said to have been submitted were never done. Actions speak louder than words. Definitely holding off referring coworker to apt community until I see how Sack Mgmt responds.

I'm amazed by everything! Super calm and cozy place, I'm very excited ??I highly recommend it to my friends, as I'm sure they'll love this place too.

Have absolutely loved everything about living here! Lorenzo is great, our move in process was stress free and easy. The apartments are phenomenal, I love all the windows and the bathtubs. The location being so close to downtown is a big plus as well! Maintenance guys are super nice and we haven’t needed them for anything the apartments in great shape!!

Place is amazing, Lorenzo is great! maintenance is quick to respond and always do a fantastic job. It’s a safe and quiet location there’s nothing more you could ask for’

Apartment layouts are spacious and are well maintained, community space is clean and peaceful with plenty of amenities, garage parking is safe, pet friendly community, quiet, residents are all very respectful. Overall great place to live!

I moved in about a month ago and for the longest time wondered if I had any neighbors! It is so quiet here I love it! Love the open space and the safe feeling I have even if taking my little pup out at night. Not to mention its very clean inside and out! The goodies that were laid around my new home made me feel welcomed and were very useful. All in all my new Home is better than any apartment I have rented over my many years. Thank you Brigitte! You helped make my experience perfect! TM

Love it here! Couldn’t have asked for better neighbors or better apartment staff. Here I felt connected with my neighbors the entire time with all the little events they throw here.

I love the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. My only complaint is that my beautiful apartment faces west and there is no place to put a portable a/c in the living room. It is unbearably hot in the summer!

Coming up on my first year here and i have nothing but good thoughts of my stay. Residents are friendly…Apartments are quiet…Love the community events (keep em coming)…Cant beat the closeness of downtown…and of course Brigette continues to emit her warm personality…This is home!!??

We came to Chateau Woods to view some of the apartment floor plans. Brigitte was the in the office and she was very friendly and helpful. Brigitte was great at listening to our wants in what we were looking for in a apartment. she took a lot of time showing us many of the floor plans and explaining to us all of the ins and outs of the building. We liked many of the floor plans, and were able to pick out the one that we found most fit our needs. Neighbors have seemed welcoming, and the building is kept very clean. It is also pet friendly!

Amazing staff. Very quick response from them and it is very clean. It’s also a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Very clean very friendly. Had a sink problem at night one night and the emergency team was quick and helpful. While on the phone they gave me some tips on how to minimize the overflow until they got there.

Overall, my past 3 years at the Chateau have been great. The location is fantastic as shopping is a 7 min walk away. There has been a recent change in ownership and I notice the changes, unfortunately not all good: 1. The hot tub has been closed for many months and no one seems to be able to get it back to work. I wish someone would take charge and get it back open. 2. I wish the doggie bags were back to a higher quality. 3. I also would love higher quality cleaning supplies utilized in the complex that have more natural scents and less chemical odor. Other than that living here at the Chateau has been great. Particularly the staff. Especially Bridget! She makes the Chateau feel like HOME!

I love living at Chateau Woods. Bridgette is always responsive in a timely manner to any of my requests. Service requests have always also been addressed in a timely manner. My only regret is that my apartment faces west and gets very hot in the summer. There is no way I can put an air conditioner in my living room because I only have patio doors…no windows. I would be so happy if an access could be installed for an air conditioning unit in my living room.

Been here for 6 months and i have been impressed by how quiet it has been between apartments (good construction and insulation). Would love it if there was a community CarWash port.

Very safe and secure neighborhood. Building has a safe parking garage and moving in has been a breeze. The location is great near tons of shops and restaurants

It’s not just Woodinville but this place is special. Our grounds are nicely kept and I get compliments from family and friends like I have something to do with it! I love my views and love my apartment!

It’s been great here. I’ve had no complaints. I enjoy the get together the office host. The apartment is also very well maintained and the staff are very nice and efficient.

Quiet, clean and close to shops in downtown Woodinville. Friendly supportive staff and community. I’ve enjoyed living here for several years and plan to continue staying here because it’s different than other places. Neighbors greet each other, people are respectful and kind to others.

Pros: - I love the privacy that the location gives. The area is also peaceful with lots of wineries to visit. The shops around the area is very clean and there seems to be a lot of do around here. - The building is very clean, which I highly appreciate. - The apartments are very nice Cons: - It is very hot inside the apartment during the summer.

I’m so happy living at Chateau Woods. It’s a great community and very well managed. I truly feel at home and hope I will be able to live out my life here.

Love living at Chateau Woods in Woodinville. The staff and the residents are friendly, the atmosphere is serene and the apartments are spacious.

Wonderful experience with Bridgette. She helped and made it painless and easy to get the apartment. The apartment is gorgeous and it’s really well taken care off. Was ready to be shown on last minute request.

Very nice apartment. Just moved in and everything went as smooth as possible. Bridgette was great help and was extremely nice to us. Place was ready to move. Process was fast.

Quiet area tucked up into the woods, away from street noise but close enough to walk to downtown Woodinville! Protected wetlands all around make for beautiful scenery no matter which apartment you're in. Clean gym with good variety of workout equipment, good management that are easy to get ahold of when needed. Maintenance is quick and easy. Only downside is the front doors are a little thin with noise, so hallway noise is sometimes very easy to hear. Otherwise, between apartments, rarely do we hear conversation; only occasionally someone's treadmill will be loud enough to hear, but even then, it's not distracting. Tall ceilings and wood floors add even more to like about Chateau Woods!

There was an apartment break in and the the person came back. Mailboxes broken into. The building has no shade is absolutely hot in the summer on the front side. No green area to sit except the concrete patio. The north elevator required service quite a bit.

I was a resident at Chateau Woods Apartments until recently and loved living here!!! The apartments themselves feel so much more like a home than an apartment. The apartments are incredibly well built, have gorgeous finishes, lots of amazing details, energy efficient, so comfortable, and have very well maintained grounds and amenities! The location is amazing, right in downtown Woodinville, though located at the end of the street where it is quiet. The very best part of my experience here had to do with the staff. They are so caring and amazing! There are many resident events too where you can meet your neighbors and have a fun time and some tasty treats which was also wonderful! So far this is my favorite place that I have lived and I was sad when it came time for us to move :).

Superbly maintained apartments, complex and ground. Each person I've met here is friendly and always has a smile and kind word. Excellent management team, including maintenance folks. A pleasurable living experience where everyone is made to feel at home. Having lived in 7 cities since 2010, I have to say Chateau Woods is probably the best living experience in all those moves. If contemplating a move, I highly recommend a visit to our little corner of the world.

Toured this property with a leasing consultant named LeeAnn, the property is beautiful and I really enjoyed my visit. Ultimately wound up not being able to lease due to the availability being a little too late for my needed date, but the grounds are beautiful and the experience was great ??

My home is where I want to be! I enjoy living at Chateau Woods in Woodinville. I also enjoy the outdoor hot tub & 24 hour fitness room. It is a non smoking community; What I like best is the park-n-ride is within 5 minute walk and can take me to downtown Seattle, making my commute easy & convenient. The community is safe and people are friendly who live here. In Addition I found that Chateau Woods is the only community that does not charge for garage parking for my car. There is plenty of guest parking outside for my friends during the Seahawks games. I would recommend this place to everyone including my family & friends or anyone looking for a nice quiet place to live.

Moved here from So. Cal in January. So glad we chose this apartment. Large windows with great views, quiet neighbors, huge bathrooms and lots of storage space in your apartment plus extra space if you need it (for a monthly fee) They have underground parking and lots of guest parking in front of the building. If you have a maintenance problem or any complaints? Just let management know! They're responsive and friendly about it. I love that they are dog and cat friendly. Most everyone is very thoughtful about cleaning up after their dogs. It's a pretty great place to live. I didn't expect I'd ever enjoy apartment living again, but this place definitely changed my mind. I'm only moving out because we've purchased a new home...Otherwise, I'd just renew my lease!

But I wanted to write a review because we really had a good 2.5 years there. The place was super clean. we like the apartment layout. It made the 1000 sqf feel like more. We like the office and maintanence staff. And we liked the other tenants. We had to move for our life to another part of the world. Otherwise, We could have been happy at Chateau Woods for a long time!

We looked at almost every Eastside apartment online when we were searching and immediately liked Chateau Woods. The interior finishes are top notch and it's a great place to live. Julie, the Property Manager, does a great job. They are very consistent with the upkeep and landscaping, maintenance, etc. We love the amenities like the in-unit laundry, the hot tub, and the covered secure garage parking. The neighbors are all nice and we've met a lot of people. Can't say enough good things!
