Constant improvements Most recent is the improvements made to the parking lots and the way they planned with the paving to do the project. The constant communication with the residents was very good. The upgrades to the lighting was much needed too.

My experiences. I have been living here for almost seven years. There have been some ups and down with different issues, however, some of those issues were corrected. Managements does keep the residents informed of activities taking place.

Great Place Going into my third year at Chateau in the Woods, and can say I do enjoy living here. The community is small, and quiet, which is great. The grounds are kept nice, the buildings require a key to enter so it’s added security. My place is spacious which I also appreciate. Maintenance always does their best to address any problems that may arise in a timely manner, and the management does the same. They are all really nice and friendly as well. This is a really nice place to live .

Nice community From the day I previ ewed the property and after the entire staff has been professional, resonsive and friendly. The community is kept clean and tidy. Quiet and plenty of trees and Greenspan surrounds the complex making the environment feel calm. Maintenance is is fast and efficient with friendly staff. The location is convenient to local business and easy highway access.

More than expected! My daughter just moved in to a 3 bedroom and they are spacious and the layout is so nice. Nice surprise of how clean and nice the entry and hall way's are maintained. You can tell management cares about these apartments, the grounds and their tenants! Thank you!

I stopped in last Sunday after church to get information on the 1 and 2 bedroom units there. Rasheeta was very kind in offering to show me the Verdun. She was patient, she took her time explaining all details of the units and answering any additional questions I may have ask. I have live in the complex for over 6 years and have staff come and go and from service horrible you excellent. I have found the present staff and management to be excellent in getting work orders completed fast and efficient and answering any questions right away with little to no problems. Nice complex to live and feel safe.

Roaches!! Also be prepared to freeze in the winter because of horrible windows. Currently ice and snow inside my windows as well as the patio
I have been living here for numerous years I a a full time student so this is a great location for entertaining and shopping, its so close to Casleton mall and so plenty of restaurants. Its also very close to night life in broad ripple or downtown Indianapolis area. I love my apartment its so spacious and love the staff here at our apartment community they are amazing! The pool this year looks way better than last year too! Over all a great place to call home!
This isnt just an apartment this is my home. I love it here the staff is really great and show they care. I couldn't be any happier with Chateau in the woods. I have been here going on 3 years now my apartment space is huge and I love it!!! Maintenance did go thru a change but its been so much better than ever before.
It's very quiet and out of the way. Very respectful and friendly neighbors with a beautifully sunny pool. Great place to live by yourself or stay with family and friends!
