Chateau At Holmes Lake

We rented from Chateau from July 2019 to April 2021. A few issues: 1. They showed us a unit with a walk-in closet (the Catalina floor plan), sent us emails verifying the floor plan, but only after we moved halfway across the country did we discover that our unit had changed. No walk-in closet, same price, zero willingness to rectify the problem. 2. The unit we moved into had cockroaches, which were actively being treated by a pest company. Chateau failed to disclose the issue and now states that "they didn't want to add to a stressful situation." Roaches are bad enough, but when you don't tell your incoming tenants about an issue, it demonstrates that you don't care.

Chateau at Holmes Lake is such a beautiful landscaped area, super close to Holmes lake, shopping and dining. Also this property has great amenities such as the work out facility and pools. Apartments are well taken care of you get decent square footage for the price. Maintenance is very responsive to any issues I have had and everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. No complaints and would recommend Chateau to friends and family.

This was the first place I looked at for apartments and I couldn't have gotten any more lucky. Leasing was a breeze and after more than 5 years I am still happy to call Chateau home. From the awesome office staff, to the quick maintenance team and everything in between, I've never heard of another complex like this and I always recommend it to friends!

I stayed in Chateau for 5 months and then I had to relocate to Denver. The property is nice, close to Holmes lake Park. One of the best Middle schools Lux Middle School is very close. But the most important thing about Chateau is the Management. Everyone is so nice and friendly and welcoming. I was sad when I had to leave Chateau. Miss you people.

My wife and I have been renting at Chateau Terrace for almost 2 years. Location: The location is great, with easy access to a Russ's Market and Holmes Lake (both within walking distance). If you have kids, Prytle Elementary is less than a 10 minute drive away. The surrounding neighborhood is pretty nice and peaceful, with no crime that I can think of. Tenants here are also pretty laid back and seldom get noisy (holidays being the exception). Building: The buildings are very well maintained. Most include elevator access, making a move much easier on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Maintenance will replace your light bulbs & filters free of charge. I managed to break a key in my door lock once, and maintenance had it fixed, my locks replaced, and key replaced in less than 30 minutes. The buildings are controlled access, meaning you're guests will either need to ring you or have a key to enter. There is also plenty of parking for you and your guests. Only small complaint i would have would be the occasional silverfish we come across. Amenities: You have access to a small pool during the summer. They've recently added a lap pool in addition to this. There is a medium sized fitness facility, complete with free weights, bikes, treadmills and various machines. It can get crowded during the winter. You're allowed to bring guests, but some tenants abuse this. Its not uncommon for a single tenant to bring in 4 or 5 of his work buddies in (non residents), quickly crowding the weight area.Washer and dryer come included in our unit, and haven't given us any problems. Staff: The staff has been very friendly and helpful during our stay. Very professional and knowledgeable. We'll be moving out of state soon and gave our 30 days notice, but would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone. We're sad to go!
