When ever I have an issue, the staff takes care of things right away. When I first moved in I had numerous issues. I almost lost my patience but they handled everything. Most recently my refrigerator failed. I went to the office and Dasia contacted maintenance and took care of it.

Doors are still not painted trash. People are not picking up after their dogs. A letter need to be sent out to neighbors as being Considerate neighbor with the loud noises, banging, loud music kids run up and down the hallway

Mouse infestation in my apartment since 7/2023. Please keep in mind that I moved in 4/2023. Being from the country, I lived in a field on the first floor, & I have never experienced as many mice there as I do here. I lived there for 15 yrs & experienced only 1 mouse as opposed to living here for one year and 6 months and having caught at least 10 mice. The problem has been reported, followed up, I have even received attitude due to my persistence, yet no resolution. I regret the decision, & the staff doesn't help to alleviate the situation. As a resident of my own apartment complex, I feel unwelcome, unsafe & unheard. Having been informed that maintenance was understaffed, I excused the late response to my work orders. I inquired about when they would hire new employees bc my w/d had been broken for a month, Mang. Kristy, informed me they have been staffed for the entire time. I have always found Dasia to be courteous & fair in the front office. She is an essential member of the staff.

I like the area because it is always quiet. I can take my dog for walks and there is not a lot of people hanging out. The people in the office and nice and friendly.

Is the best place to live. The staff is super nice. The maintenance guys super helpful and attentive specially Mr. E. They just changes the siding in all the buildings and it makes it look super modern.

I love the area and cost. Had a few issues but maintenance fixed them all. I feel safe with my daughter here. Love the gym too…not too large but for a quick cardio it’s cool. Chill spot.

Pretty Quiet, no problems there. Old appliances for the price. Maintenance is great when actually performing the work , however, leading up to that point is a real issue and break in communication. The rental office is just as much of a joke as maintenance.

The community as a whole is beautiful, quiet and well maintained. The only downside is that the floors are a little thin. Other than that, the apartment is beautiful and the maintenance team is really quick to come out and handle anything that goes wrong.

Good and safe community, but can be frustrating getting maintenance work done after moving in to an apartment and the contractors don’t do the best with construction and painting. Emergency and one-off maintenance requests are dealt with quickly, and maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I’ve been living here at Chase Lea for going on 3 years now. Overall, I haven’t had any problems. Any issues I’ve had, maintenance has been pretty prompt with addressing them. My biggest complaint is however ….. THE MICE!!! If it wasn’t for the mice problem, I would have no problem living here until I eventually buy a house. But dealing with the increasingly invasive mice has made me want to break my lease. I didn’t have this problem the first 2 years I’ve lived here, but something has changed since then. This is also an area with a lot of trees and fields, so I assume there MAY just be an issue with field mice throughout the community. My neighbors seem decent, so I don’t assume it’s them. But there’s no way of knowing for sure. Maintenance has come and dealt with my mice issue twice so far. The first time they did a “seek and seal” and the second time they laid a bunch of traps in places prone to mice. Several mice were caught after the traps were laid, but then came the issue of dealing with actual traps. Nonetheless, they always find their way back. If they could effectively handle the mice problem here and if residents could consistently clean up after their pets, this would be a great place to call home. But these are my biggest concerns since I’ve been here , and because of this, I likely will not be renewing my lease another year. I hate the idea of paying thousands of dollars to have to deal with so many mice.

It’s an ok place to live. Slow to clean off sidewalks when it snows. You can hear your upstairs neighbor when they walk around. Price is better than most other places.

The area is nice clean and very quiet. I love the view from my balcony and I love the privacy it provides. Only thing I want is for maintenance to come address the issues that I have. Once that is done I will be good.

Location is nice. For the most part, its fine. Its just some of the residents that cant seem to understand how to use a dumpster. Trash goes IN the dumpster, not drop it on the ground right in front of it. Also some of the residents think tossing trash out of their cars into the parking lot is cool, I guess. Some residents slam door and smoke weed all day which is quite frustrating. Also the pet fee should cap out at a certain point. I cant imagine this cheap carpet will cost more than a year of pet fee. Its unjust. Sounds like a bunch of complaint, but I'm being honest.

Community is quiet, neighborhood is pleasant and Great customer service. Chase Lee is kinda nice and quiet place to live and I really enjoyed living here.

The neighborhood is extremely dirty and loud. Nobody picks up after their dogs and people litter all throughout their neighborhood. There are chicken bones at my dog is constantly choked on, and gotten very sick from as well as all the other food dispose randomly in the common areas The machines in the gym are broken, the gate to the dog park is broken, and they took away our tennis courts for no reason without warning, they also never fix anything when they say they will. Do yourself a favor and do not live here. The only reason we are still here is because the housing market is awful.

We’ve been enjoying our time at Chase Lea. Very nice community. Nice residents. A lot of shopping nearby. Clean area. Very nice and accommodating management.
Ive been here 4mos and looking for someone else to live. There are roaches in my apartment and even though Orkin has been coming there are still roaches. I can hear every step my neighbor's make over me, the windows are so bad it sounds like there open, dog park smells like pee so I can’t open window, and maintenance dont leave a note when they come in your apartment. And again there are ROACHES!!
We have been living at chase Lea apartments for 3 years now. It's been good. But there have been inconsistencies in management with some members of management not knowing how to do the job. Regional management office doesn't return phone calls and messages.
My children and I love it. They’ve been wanting to move to an apartment for sometime now and this right here is perfect for them. The location is close to all of there favorite food places and stores. Overall we are happy.
I’ve really enjoyed my stay at Chase Lea Apartments. The community is organized, clean and peaceful. The leasing staff and maintenance are very helpful.
So far Chase has been great! Spacious, plenty storage, and a maintenance man who maintenance. I have came across a few problems but one thing I can say is anything I request to be fix gets a response and gets fixed.
The first time I seen the complex l knew I wanted to live here. The staff is friendly and helpful, the community is very friendly. I love my beautiful apartment also how beautiful the complex and neighborhood is as well. I'm very much pleased.
Loving my apartment and the area is so peaceful and quiet! The office and maintenance staff have been great. No complaints at all it’s been amazing
My experience has been very pleasant. It is very quiet and my neighbors are friendly and courteous. No complaints to report. Looking forward to the cooler weather and being able to use my fireplace.
I love our new home it’s amazing and so well the staff has been nothing more than amazing and the amenities are awesome especially the 24 hour fitness center and lounge

Wonderful atmosphere and great staff. The playground is wonderful and my kids love it! The neighborhood areas are nice and well maintained. Happy to be here.

A lot of issues in the beginning. I’m finically starting to see what the property has to say offer. Even dealt with a misunderstanding in the beginning. I could have received a call about it before a note was slapped on the door. But it’s a nice community so I’m going to see what it is from here before making any final decisions.
