San Antonio blends a rich heritage with modern innovation, resulting in a metropolis teeming with true Texan heart. San Antonio’s distinctive environment reflects centuries of style and a diverse array of culture, which is best exemplified in the La Villita Historic Arts Village. The Alamo may be the most renowned structure in the city, but there are plenty of magnificent historical buildings to see—from the Emily Morgan Hotel to the Meyer Halff House.
Stretched along the San Antonio River is the famous River Walk, where residents and visitors alike can walk or bike from the San Antonio Zoo to the Witte Museum, the historic Majestic Theatre, the Shops at Rivercenter, the Missions of San Antonio and back again.
The city and the surrounding region offer endless opportunities for exploration.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Chase Hill Apartments
This is the most unscrupulous business with which we have ever been involved. Here are some of the reasons why… 1. We were very patient to work with apartment management throughout our lease term and requested extermination to control the never-ending roach infestation. After many trips, the roach problem was never resolved. This apartment is infested, so we decided to move. 2. Written “notice to vacate” apartment is required at least 60 days prior. This is stipulated in the lease, but not noticed. Who requires more than 30 days? 3. We only had 30 days before deciding we’d had enough, but apartment management will not accept our 30 day notice. They are requiring that we pay an extra month (lease +1 month) to provide the full 60 days. 4. For the extra month, apartment management is requiring we pay TWICE the normal monthly rent for the last month. You could say, “but that was written in the lease”. The issue is that the lease is unfairly structured to get your money. A 30 day written notice is common and should be acceptable. Doubling rent for the added month should be illegal. Then, the last piece is that the apartment complex is managed by heartless agents that will not budge on terms. They are simply soldiers. In summary, DO NOT LEASE AT CHASE HILL APARTMENTS. BTW, do not believe any recent 4 and 5 star reviews. They can't be authentic.
Don't move here!!! I first move here in 2019 & just 3 to 4 days later I received an eviction notice. I asked why was I getting this since I paid the amount they gave me. When I went to pay the $150, they told me that they gave me the wrong amount to pay, but we're to afraid to tell me they made a mistake??? Really??. Then it was the renters insurance thst I went with, sent them the coverage, but they claimed they didn't get it. Resent it a few times & thought that was it until a few months later. Same issue & said the coverage I have doesn't cover water damage. Ok, got another insurance thst made sure it was included, but they charged me $50 anyway. Then it came to my 60 day notice. Now they didn't send me a remember until 15 days into June. Then when I moved out. The apartment was cleaned very well. They tried to charge me $200 for a crack in the tub that I already wrote down when I moved in(later changed it), charged me for not cleaning the over, but it was the bottom of the over door when you open it(which I did clean), $85 for touch up paint for 2 small spots(less than a inch with & lengths)on the wall where my couch was, $5 for replacement light that was missing when I did the walkthrough & when I first went to look at the apt. I had to spray every few days since my first day dug to the roach problem. They'll nitpick on any little thing & over charge you. Don't trust them, they lie!!! Glad I'm no longer there!!!
WORST APARTMENT EVER! They will screw you over as much as they can. They staff there is horrible! That place is infested with bugs and fleas. When I moved out I made sure the apartment was very clean. I left it cleaner the it was when I got it. But they are charging me over $700 in fees. I never sent me a bill saying I owed them money. When I called two months later to see if I will get my deposit back they said no I have a bill and its going to be sent to collections. I took pictures of the apartment of the way I left it and I will be taking this to court.
Decently spacious 1 bedroom. Mine is a 2nd story, comes with small balcony and small outdoor storage room. Kitchen is all electric. No microwave included, but enough room for one. Closet is a walk-in big enough to hold all my civilian clothes and military uniforms. Speaking of military, if you work nights or rotating shifts, the bedroom is connected to the bathroom, which has no windows, so if you just blackout the bedroom, there's no getting blinded by the searing light of the Sun and brought to full wakefulness in the middle of when you should be sleeping for the next shift, just because you had to get up and use the bathroom. Location is within walking distance of UTSA, a gas station/corner store, a CVS, and a few fast-food places that are open either 24/7 or until 1 or 2 AM. 5 min drive to the Shops at La Cantera.
