Great ammenities, footprint of apartment, community feel and professional staff makes this a no brainer when it comes to deciding on a apartment or condo decesion!
We moved into these apartments at the end of September. It's very quiet and clean. Everything we need is there, and the living and working conditions are excellent. All the girls at the leasing office were very responsive and pleasant. Even though we're from another country and don't yet understand English well, they were always ready to listen, understand, and provide any assistance we needed. So far, we're happy with our decision to live in this community. Thank you so much!

Charlotte Exchange is a very nice community to call home.
The property is surrounded by a train track, the train comes before 7 am and after 11pm each night. If in building 5 you will feel the building shaking and very much be awoke by the noise. A block down you're in the heart of Southend, yet completely misses the mark. The vibes are more skid row. Really sketchy once the sun goes down. The area isn't quite walkable, with being at the tail end of a manufacturing yard. No street lighting, junk yards and construction sites littered Rountree Rd.
