I’ve been living here for almost two years. Office and maintenance staff are all very nice people who are willing to help to make sure that you are happy living at this property. It is very close to the airport and I-85. I recommend this place to anyone interested.

The leasing office is great to deal with they are so helpful and try to accommodate me as much as possible.
Well this morning I woke up to a roach crawling on my head this place is out of control infested with roaches can’t wait til I can get out of here and break my lease sharing a apartment with roaches and they don’t help pay any bills is legit crazy!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE
i put in an a application and paid 50 dollar and never hard from them where are is my money or my responds about it i would love to love to move to move there but people say it is a bad complex
Charlotte 360 is upcoming newly remodeled town homes not what it use to be like fell safe see a difference and still changing for the best

The team in the leasing office are extremely rude. They are extremely unhelpful. You have to wait months at a time to get the things that they promised to you. Completely dissatisfied. My air-conditioning has not worked since April. I would not recommend living here.

These are great apartments, in a great area. Me and my family are very happy with Forestbrook Apartments. The new management and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues that may arise. Everyone in the staff are very helpful, the community is friendly and maintenance does there job in a timely manner! Work orders are always handled in a decent time frame, usually the same day! The new management team truly goes above and beyond for their residents. I would definitely recommend them.
