I’ve been living here for 3 years It was rough for a while but it has gotten so much better! The new office people are making a lot of good changes
I moved here in December and the apartment was not even ready. Over time mold started growing in my master bedroom and I started to get sick. I asked to be moved into a new unit but they still wanted me to pay for the unit I was in even though there was mold growing. They never looked for where it was coming from, they just cut a piece of the wall out. There's mold in between the walls and no one fixing it.
Just don't. The management is rude, nothing ever gets fixed unless you tell them your not going to pay rent or you call code enforcement. Constant leaks and roaches. They've made changes to the apartments and the staffing.. BUT, you can't get a cheetah to change its spots I guess. I could post so much more about the experience I've had with them. Hopefully you or someone you know doesn't move here.
Worst place ever. My apartment an vehicle have been broken in to several times.Trust me you do not want to live here. horrible horrible horrible place
This place suck under the new management company. The management is horrible to deal with and property is very nasty looking, not maintained at all.
