The community is great, I would say the only thing would be for a “luxury apartment” the appliances are incredibly cheap. Very surprised of the poor choice of being considered luxury yet arguably the cheapest dishwasher, fridge, microwave, laundry equipment I’ve seen in an apartment.

Before we moved in we were told there would be a podcast room, and the chapel is STILL not done, almost a year later….dog park had a hole in it….very slow at coming through on promises.

I love the atmosphere here at chapel hill very at home place. Neighbors and administrators are perfect. The pool is always clean. Maintenance is always fast and kind.

The front gate is not working, when it was working the windhsield tag didn't work. There is construction workers all day for a neighboring apartment so a lot of noise. Some people have loud music at the pool

Love it here! Great location and neighbors are nice and quiet. Lots a families in the area so it feels more inviting. Maintenance is fast and love the trash valet service.

the 6 months we’ve lived here the gate hasn’t worked and there’s hardly any parking. On top of that there is always trash in the parking lot.

Such a beautiful home and great environment! I recently had the pleasure of moving in this amazing apartment and I cannot recommend it enough. The space is beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities I could need for a comfortable stay. Just don't like the influx of rowdy children unsupervised around the complex pulling up our flowers and throwing rocks and leaving trash everywhere! The downstairs neighbor always complain and makes up false noise complaints because she has a new baby, and the upstairs neighbors child stomps all throughout the night, yet we never complain! We are paying to be apart of a gated community, yet the gate has been broken the entire stay, as well as the zen den is also still not available. Yet, we are paying for these amenities. The walkway is always dirty, due to the children, and the quiet areas are never quiet. These children need adult supervision!!!!! Bad!

I moved into these apartments when I was first built and they were beautiful. However if it wasn't for the staff being great and doing the best that they can with the vendors that they use. I would have moved out because it seems like they are going downhill every day. Embarrassing when you have a visit and your visit should tell you you don't live in luxury apartments. Because of people that pick up the trash leave nasty trash bags out on the curb that people dig in that cause rodents and pets to come. The breezeways are left nasty due to the trash people dripping trash down the stairwells instead of putting the trash in a bag or a pen to carrying them down. It just seems like sometimes the staff can be beautiful and gorgeous and very helpful but the services that you're paying for is not so great.

The Chapel Hill leasing department’s lack of communication and the extremely delayed delivery of the e-gift card was completely unacceptable. (Agreed upon due to my agreed lease renewal) Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I was met with silence and had to wait nearly a month for something that should have been handled promptly. This experience was very disappointing.

No complaints so far. Neighbors are all great and super friendly! Pool are is AMAZING!!! The grounds are kept super clean. The trash service is a big plus.

I love being a resident here. My neighbors are extremely friendly. My only complaint is that the walls are really thin and I can hear my neighbors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, and the living area is spacious, making it perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. The building is well-maintained, with prompt maintenance staff and excellent security. The on-site amenities, including the gym and pool, are clean and rarely crowded. The neighborhood is quiet, yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Management is responsive and attentive to any concerns or issues. My only minor gripe is the parking situation, which can get tight during peak hours. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to live with a great sense of community. Beautiful property love my apt fr. Pool table , pool , weight room , package lockers everything’s great. Some things were missing but very small like a trash can. Other than that it’s amazing.

Quiet, need clean the aisles of the apartments. Maintenance is good, need more equipments in the GYM. The restrooms of club house are not clean.

Staff and maintenance is the best thing here they are 10/10. gym isn’t that great for the price of rent, we were told the zen den would be open a month after we moved in that was February of last year. Gate is always down and the system used to open the gate for guest is the worst and most confusing system just use a normal keypad.

I really love the open floor plan and the overall design of the apartments. They are clean and welcoming. The amenities are great, only thing is I wish the dog park had a water fountain for dogs, but other then that it’s been a good few weeks living here!

The staff here are kind and helpful, and the residents are quiet! The two gas powered grills are super handy and usually always stocked and cleaned, not a fan of the construction across the street though.

My apartment is okay- poor quality in building, floor cracking. My neighbors are terrible, messy and very loud. Walls are so thin you can hear everything. No one ever answers the phone when you call. The hallway and stairways are so nasty and I have asked for them to be cleaned and they never come. Pool is nice. Gym is small.

Had my motorcycle stolen the first night it was here. Come to find out theft here is a issue plus there is no security cameras anywhere on the property except around the office and gates

I love my home here!! The community is beautiful and well maintained, the staff are super attentive and responsive! I love the amenities and the location!
Overall been a good experience. Nice amenities and management keeps the shared areas/landscape nice and clean. I just wish the gate was functioning. It’s supposed to be a gated community but at this point the entry/exit gate hasn’t been functioning in weeks.
Not great. I’m a respectable and upstanding resident, but this place clearly isn’t thinking about and taking care of its residents. They mainly care about maintaining their image.
I have had a great experience so far. Very quiet neighborhood, wonderful views all around, fantastic amenities. No complaints from me here at all!
