The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Chantry Village Apartments
As much as rent is here, seriously need to update the pool area for the residents. The chairs are from the 90’s and overall it’s very unpleasant to be looking at unfinished landscaping the whole time.

Thank you for the great suggestions! We will be sure to look into the things you've mentioned!
Would you like your car towed? Would you like to be forced to pay 2 months rent after being 9 days outside of the 60 day notice to leave period? Would you like to have the mgmt. office call (8 months after moving) to inform you that you have a $400+ balance that is going to collections, that very day? How about outrageous fees, terrible parking, stolen packages, and the threat of bedbugs? Does this sound like the place for you? Then quick! Sign up for Chantry Village Apartments! Where you are sure to regret your stay!
I would never live here due to the lack of customer service and rudeness the lady showed me over the phone.
Moved in a few months ago, nice quiet neighborhood, but the parking is so bad, it literally out weighs anything good about this complex, me and my wife have to park a block away every single night after work since we lived here, I can only imagine how winter will be, they give out parking passes that is supposed to be displayed in vehicle but they obviously don't enforce it at all, I have yet to see any tow company out here, spoke to rental lady about it, and was pretty much told it's nothing they can do, really regret moving in
But in the winter months days go by without those coming in cleaning sidewalks. Just mostly do the townhomes and in the areas of rental. Apartments are nice though. Other than the loudness going on from other neighbors.
I have been here just about 2 years now. I love my apartment and the neighborhood is very quiet. The only problems are the noise from upstairs neighbors and drafty windows and doors. Maintenance if phenomenal and the office staff is very friendly. There have been a few break-ins this year so I'm not sure if this is a sign to get out so I will not be renewing my lease this coming year, I am starting to see changes for the worse.
Haven't had many big issues here. Central Air, Walk-in Closets, Dishwasher, outdoor pool area, small gym, laundry room, and a small patio were all on my checklist when looking for an apartment in Eastern Columbus! And this place suited my needs well. Staff is friendly and maintenance team is always quick to respond to any repair issues.
I've lived in this complex for about 10 months and do not intend to renew my lease. Pro: The apartments themselves are nice and spacious. Short drive to large shopping center and restaurants. Cons: The walls are thin and doors drafty so it is easy to hear neighbor conversations and other outside noise, including dogs in other apartments. If a neighbor slams a door the whole building shakes. The complex is located in a neighborhood that was once vibrant but is now mostly empty buildings-not the best for young professionals who want to experience the city of Columbus. Overall, this is a great community for families and older adults that like a quiet neighborhood.
Lived here for about three months now, and I can say I'm satisfied. Besides hearing footsteps from time to time upstairs, and people occasionally talking in the doorway. (typical apartment noise) I would say this place is really quiet. My only complaint is I wish water was included in the rent. Was a bit of shock when I found out I was going to be paying about $30 more than believed. Staff is generally friendly and responds to maintenance calls in reasonable time. This is my first place, I've heard the horror stories of apartments, but no major problem here.
