It’s a pretty place with lots of trees and green grass and if you are fortunate to live on the Cottonwood Creek Trail side it is very peaceful with great views. Also having an attached garage is wonderful!

Champions is a wonderful complex. The on site amenities include a small but clean gym, a heated pool, and a club house! Its a well maintained area in a safe area. The layout of the buildings make the place feel secluded and quiet.

With looking into a new home I had the pleasure of meeting leasing agent Fabian he has assisted me overall with the process of getting our new home. He was very kind and professional and helped every step of the way which made it easier and great. Also with my time being here I have also met Kevin from maintenance who is also professional and kind. Any issues or concerns have been answered or resolve in a quick time which has provided a lot of relief. I do highly recommend these apartments to so many other military families that I’ve met personally or even just anyone because this company actually cares about residents which you don’t see much of in other companies. They’ve all been able to help me and make this feel like a home. I haven’t met the whole staff but I am confident to say they have a great team just from meeting a couple!

Champions Apartments provides a first class experience for their residents. I have never felt so pampered, from the initial tour of the property to final repairs after move-in, the staff have been very professional and friendly. The property is gorgeous. Champions has nice 1 beds and 2 beds. It’s great for furry friends. Parking is hard to come by at night. Besides pool being closed quite often and the car break ins it’s a great place to live.

I love living in this community. I immediately fell in love with my apartment and my children really like their new home. The amenities are great and I love that we have access to them year round. The office staff is super helpful and inviting. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix any issues. My neighbors aren’t quite friendly but any issues were addressed immediately by office staff. Overall this is a great place to live and it’s children friendly.

Champions is a large apartment complex with many desirable attributes: -heated pool, gym, gathering area -beautiful landscaping (and mountains in background) -plenty of dumpsters -accepts pets and has walking paths and dog bags -responsive management -garages and carports I recommend this community for young and old.

I decided to move here because my kids lived here with their mother and step father and they loved it here. I did too, it always seemed clean, the insides were nice and spacious. The kid pool below the overflow of the big pool is cool and the kids loved it. The area is great and close to everything with great views. I am happy with my decision to move here and would recommend these apartments.

Champions Apartments has been great, a little pricey but worth it! I have an attached garage and washer and dryer in unit! Maintenance is quick and prompt with great communication. They recently re paved the parking lot it’s been amazing! (Before there were lots of pot holes) overall great!

I currently live in this apartment complex and have lived here for 3 years. I have neighbors who smoke weed and cigarettes and have over 10k in personal damage to my personal property because my furniture smells now. My dog is getting sick from the smell and I have asthma so I am also getting sick from the smell. I have talked to the property manager Vanessa and Chyanne and they don't care at all even though there is a whole page in my lease that states this activity is prohibited and is a violation that will cause eviction. So, yeah stay away from this property it is a trash place to live.
