Ruston is a small city in north-central Louisiana, positioned roughly halfway between the Texas and Mississippi state lines on Interstate 20. 5 Stars Working with Courtney at The Heights Ruston Apartments has been an absolute pleasure. From the start, he was extremely informative and went above and beyond to accommodate our child's transition to grad school. We were initially apprehensive, but Courtney's professionalism and genuine care quickly put us at ease. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and Courtney and his team ensured that the apartment was ready for move-in by personally giving it a final walkthrough. The apartment itself was modern, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the necessities—a perfect home for a student. Courtney stood out not only for his attention to detail but also for his commitment to making this experience as smooth as possible. He was always available to answer any clarifying questions we had and even followed up days after move-in to ensure everything was going well for our son. We feel a great sense of peace after this experience, knowing our son is in good hands while being away from home for the first time. We toured a couple of housing complexes with our daughter who is a student at LA Tech. This is by far the most affordable option in town and the property itself is very nice. Everything was clean and the area felt safe which was important for us as parents. She has been a resident for the past year and has been very happy with her experience.
The appliances are nice. I have a two bedroom currently and have had very few problems. Staff in the office are great.
