Century Square Townhomes

I’ve lived here since 2021 and I have zero regrets about moving here:) Sam is truly amazing as a property manager..she is 100% understanding and the sweetest..I actually have no complaints about any of the Princeton Management team here:) The location is awesome too, being close to the major freeways, stores, entertainment, etc.

Samantha and the team at century have been more than exceptional. They've made my move in a very peaceful and happy experience. The environment and atmosphere here when you walk in the office is very welcoming. I'm very excited to be apart of the century Square family. Thank you century for the amazing job you've done!!

I have been living at Century Square for going on 4 years now. The manager Sam is amazing! Anytime I have had a question, concern and/or work order, she is on top of it. She has implemented a new maintenance staff that are well experienced and keep the property grounds welcoming. I am looking forward to renewing my lease for another year!

I've been a resident for 3 years and Century Square is an excellent place to live. Great pool , great maintenance staff, & Samantha (property manager) is an excellent manager. I would recommend to anybody. This is a wonderful place to live.

I have lived at Century Square Townhomes for over a year now and have enjoyed every day there. Renting a home can be difficult sometimes but when you have a manager like Samantha who genuinely cares about her residents it makes a difference. The maintenance staff has always been quick to respond to any work order we've called in and are very friendly. I would and do recommend for others to move here, it is truly a wonderful place to call home.

Century square townhomes management horrible. Samatha the property management rude, sneaky and unorganized. Maintenance takes days to fix broke items in the townhomes. They come into your townhome without permission. Neighbors complain about unassigned parking. Constant notes and lease violations left on the door for pointless things. If you want to be told what to do in your own home and dread coming home everyday move to Century Square. Rent is cheap, but definitely not worth the stress.

This place is so unorganized. First off me & my roommate we’re told a 3 br townhouse would be available to move in in October but that was not the case. We gave our full deposit a month & half in advance and 3 days prior to us moving in, the manager called us and said they “accidentally” gave us the wrong apartment so we would have to wait another month for it to be available. A week later she called us and told us that the apartment we were gonna have in November was no longer Available. That was the most idiotic mistake anyone can make. I wasted my time, money & credit messing with this place....DONT MOVE HERE!!!

My husband and I lived in the Century Square Townhomes for two years. Within those two years, we had several instances where a repair was needed and their maintenance was always super friendly and quick to respond. The communication between tenant and office manager was nothing short of amazing. Samantha went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the condition of our apartment. We have since moved out of state, but if we were ever to move back to the Downriver area, this would be the complex we would go back to living in, hands down.

Excellent customer service towards their renters. Front office personnel are always very polite and professional, along with the maintenance staff. Any repair if needed is handled with the utmost urgency. The landscape is always neat and lovely. Perfectly located to many convenient stores, mall, library, etc. Directly accessible to public transportation lines if needed. I've been a resident since November of 2011 happily!!!
