This far move in has been relatively easy, the apartment was very clean upon move in. Office staff are very nice and great to work with. The community is clean. The dog park is amazing. Overall a nice place to live.

Century New Holland has started doing resident events (like game night) and resident appreciation events. I have been in this community for 5 years and really enjoy living here now. Community was originally owned by Matrix Residential things were immaculate and easy They sold complex to current ownership Ever since then the community quality has gone way down they add in all these random fees just because to take advantage of renters and then when you pay your amount owed they randomly will add a late fee even after prior balance is paid in full

I love the peaceful atmosphere and how well maintained everything is. People do often speed through the stop sign infront of the 400 building but other than that, living here has been great so far.

Great place, the office staff is amazing. The amenities are plus. Enjoying getting to know the neighbors. Great place to live with spacious rooms.

The staff has been very excellent and very attentive, only that they should keep all the gym machines active and in the pool area talk to all the users about their rules and behavior when being in it
We love it here. It's so peaceful and clean. The staff is amazing and willing to help you with whatever you need. All the amenities are awesome and convenient.
Easy move-in process and the Leasing office staff and Maintenance are very quick in responding to any concerns or anything that needs to be fixed or replaced.

We have just gotten approved and move in tomorrow morning so I'm not too sure about the community but the staff has been ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. They have assisted in every way imaginable even down to watching, holding, and playing with our 2 year old son and 5 month old daughter while we completed our business
Everyone in the leasing office is so nice and helpful! Just got our keys today, but we can tell we are really going to like it here. The only thing g we’ve noticed is people FLY through the parking lots
I liked it a lot because it is very nice and fun to live. I like the pool and living here is very quiet, it is very clean and cozy, you should move here
When we first got here the lady’s in the office are really nice worked hard to help us get the apartment and was able to move in that weekend and so far it has been a really good experience
I am renewing my third lease and I love the community here! The staff is so compassionate!! I love how quiet it is at night and I actually feel safe being a single female living alone. I have no worries about neighbors, either.
The apartment community for the most part is a great community. There’s only been a couple instances in the almost two years that I’ve been here that there is a loud resident. It has only been in the complex I recently moved to which is a two bedroom, from the previous complex that was a one bedroom. Mainly domestic disputes but those families tend to vacate after a few months.
Friendly community & plenty of opportunities to meet new people at the clubhouse events. Dog friendly neighbors & clean dog park. Maintenance is quick & helpful.
Amanda was who helped us and she was wonderful! We were in a bind and needed to move on short notice. She and her team walked us through the process with ease and got us approved the same day! Highly recommend them. Apartments are beautiful and well upkept.

Nice and quiet.. friendly neighbors.. very clean well maintained. When I call and need something fixed in my apartment they come and fix what ever it is in the same day if they can.
It’s been a great experience so far. I recently renewed my lease for an additional year, and chose a bigger apartment for my new lease. I enjoy the view, it’s quiet at night and the staff are quick to respond.

Everything was so smooth so far. Front office staffs are pleasant, maintenance guys too. They keep residents aware to if trash can't be picked up on time.
This apartment complex has the best staff I’ve ever come across. From the office staff to the maintenance staff, each person is always attentive to whatever I need. It’s never boring because every month they have events that allow residents to meet one another. Maintenance is quick to respond and if unable to repair, I’m given an acceptable answer. I never hear noise from any apartment next to mine. That was an important factor to me. The complex is kept clean and the grounds are well maintained I’m pleased to live here.
Great place to live. The staff has been very helpful anytime we have needed anything. The keep up to date on all the maintenance. Great community to live in!
