DeLand is also home to the Hatters, the colloquial term for students at Stetson University, a prominent private university dating back to the 1800s. Very nice apartment but 46 pages for a lease is pretty excessive. The pet screening for ESA takes too long. The fee for a pet is pretty high amount it should be based on the size and type of pet. All dogs should be on leases which isn’t always happening.

My experience was excellent. The only thing I didn't like was that the hallways, stairs, and doors were dirty and scratched. They should use a pressure washer because if other people come to move into our luxury community, they'll see it as bad. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. Bryanna's service was spectacular.

My move in was one of the most amazing experiences ever. From applying and touring to moving in and even the first maintenance issue was taken care of before I could even put a work order in. This is the first place that feels like home when you walk in, friendly and quiet neighborhood, the staff is absolutely amazing. Brianna was beyond helpful and went over and above all expectations!

Overall they do a good job of keeping the grounds clean. There was one incident where my washing machine was broken for over a week but they were waiting on parts. Overall decent community I enjoy living here.

We really have enjoyed living here at Century Dunes as its been such a refreshing and quiet atmosphere which was one of the reasons we chose to move here. Even living off of the main road we barely hear any traffic or noise! This has been one of the best decisions we have made when it comes to our home and we truly do feel at home here!
Great Experience! Bryanna was so patient and efficient throughout the whole process. The apartment was clean, the pool is amazing , and gym is perfect!

I lived here for 3 years, the apartments and appliances are all nice and new and maintenance was always quick to respond within 24 hours. The grounds are kept up pretty well and the pool is amazing on sunny Florida days. The amenities by the pool such as chairs and grills do need some work but it wasn’t the end of the world. I would definitely recommend this complex to someone looking for a nice place to live in the area.

I am so excited to move in to Centur Dunes because the service and communication I have received prior to and up to moving in have been amazing. I have lived in plenty complexes before and hands down this has been the easiest process. I can actually feel excited about moving in because I dont need to worry about tying up any loose ends. Bryanna has been amazing about anticipating any needs, I dont need to hound her for answers but she will initiate phone calls with me to update me on the process. Everything from touring, applying, getting all documents ready and signing the lease has been super seemless and stress free. We got the most thoughtful move in gift for us and our pet, we already feel cared for. Looking forward to being in our new home!

I’m enjoying living here. I’m close to nearby shopping centers and grocery stores. I’m near the highway, so traveling is easy. It’s mostly a quiet neighborhood and my neighbors are nice. I will be renewing my lease.

No rules are enforced which is why some residents have no respect for others. The front staff don’t ever answer the phone, so I hope there is never a major emergency. I have reported issues I have going on but there was no follow through.

I enjoy where I live. I like the community. As with anywhere you live you will always find a negative. My direct neighbors are great, although not so much about the indirect ones that are in my breezeway. Amenities could be better, You get what you pay for. Nobody likes change. Talk about it, implement it, stick to it. I have more to say but an open mouth catches all the bees.

Initially, I was impressed with how clean things appeared to be. Because of my job, I rarely at home. The few months I’ve been here I have noticed that there’s something wet/slick on the carpet that is tracked onto the wood floor, that causes that trip to bathroom to become an adventure. It took a lil time to get the gas/sewer smell out of the shower/sink/washer water. My drain was clogged for over a month in the bathroom and I mentioned it to the office and nobody showed up. Like I said, I’m not home a lot but I do know when I showered I stood in ankle deep water until I fixed it myself. The previous tenants left pet hair everywhere. I had to clean my place a couple times because I kept finding hair which is unnerving to say the least. As, I started being at home more I have noticed that it’s quiet and there’s not too much foolishness where I am. So, moving forward I think I’ll enjoy my stay here.

This apartment is a beautiful place to call home. I love live here. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. And I appreciate every time when the staff make more comfortable our live here.
It’s an okay apartment inside of it is wonderful but living in the carriage home style you can get blocked in your garage sometimes if you park your car in the garage and be stuck at home as people sometimes take the spot outside your garage so you have to wait until a tow truck can come which can be pretty inconvenient, leaving your own place. Walking my dogs isn’t always pleasant as trash cans are often very full and smell pretty bad. It’s an okay apartment not luxury, though. People are constantly parked along curbs even around the roundabouts it’s like a zoo trying to get out to go to work in the mornings with cars everywhere.The gates are never the greatest they have issues calling people or sometimes stuck open So it’s not really considered a gated community You can never go in the pool on the weekends it’s always filled with tons of people that don’t even live here and partys usually going on. And it is not a smoke-free community. There are so many people that smoke here.

Horrible management now that Maddie is gone. So noisy up above us and nothing can be done. Dirty breezeway and inconsistent trash pickup that we pay for.

We've been living at Century Dunes for almost 2 years now. The office staff & maintenanceare great. The control pannel outside our bedroom has been beeping for a year now. Office staff and maintenance are unable to shut off the constant loud beeping but are aware of it. There have been no improvements in implementing parking passes so we struggle to find a parking spot after 5pm.

Very nice place to live. I really have no complaints. I’ve used maintenance a couple times and they’ve been prompt and solved the problem with no issues. The neighbors are relatively quite, other than an occasional dog barking. I’m happy here.

Entering our second year here, we’ve been frustrated about the security gates being broken more often that they are fixed. :( more cockroaches have been coming in and the dishwasher has also been becoming a bigger issue. Yet the rent goes up!
