I love how spacious the aparment is and all the storage space built into it. The patio offers beautiful views and is mosquito proof. And our favorite amenities are the huge pool and gym!

Overall has been a great experience. Upstairs neighbors loud, not enough installation. Amenities are nice. Parking sucks at night. Maintenance staff are really nice and will come quickly for an emergency.

I’ve enjoyed how quiet it is here. If maintenance is needed, they’re usually quick and efficient. The grounds are kept up and the services offered are really nice and affordable. There’s only 2 things I’ve noticed: my breezeway has been dirty for 2 years and the amount of parking fluctuates. There needs to be “visitor” parking. I dislike parking at the entrance when I get home from work.

It wasn't the greatest, but decent. Things weren't completely as specified prior to moving in, and things (carpet was lifting and shedding in a room) but we're making it work. So, it was ok it just could have been a little better.

Very nice apartment but 46 pages for a lease is pretty excessive. The pet screening for ESA takes too long. The fee for a pet is pretty high amount it should be based on the size and type of pet. All dogs should be on leases which isn’t always happening.

My experience was excellent. The only thing I didn't like was that the hallways, stairs, and doors were dirty and scratched. They should use a pressure washer because if other people come to move into our luxury community, they'll see it as bad. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. Bryanna's service was spectacular.

My move in was one of the most amazing experiences ever. From applying and touring to moving in and even the first maintenance issue was taken care of before I could even put a work order in. Overall they do a good job of keeping the grounds clean. There was one incident where my washing machine was broken for over a week but they were waiting on parts. Overall decent community I enjoy living here.

We really have enjoyed living here at Century Dunes as its been such a refreshing and quiet atmosphere which was one of the reasons we chose to move here. Even living off of the main road we barely hear any traffic or noise! This has been one of the best decisions we have made when it comes to our home and we truly do feel at home here!
Great Experience! Bryanna was so patient and efficient throughout the whole process. The apartment was clean, the pool is amazing , and gym is perfect!
The office staff at Century Dunes have always been incredibly kind, accommodating and helpful. The property is beautiful and I’m looking forward to my time at this complex!

I lived here for 3 years, the apartments and appliances are all nice and new and maintenance was always quick to respond within 24 hours. The grounds are kept up pretty well and the pool is amazing on sunny Florida days. The amenities by the pool such as chairs and grills do need some work but it wasn’t the end of the world. I would definitely recommend this complex to someone looking for a nice place to live in the area.

I am so excited to move in to Centur Dunes because the service and communication I have received prior to and up to moving in have been amazing. I have lived in plenty complexes before and hands down this has been the easiest process. I can actually feel excited about moving in because I dont need to worry about tying up any loose ends. Bryanna has been amazing about anticipating any needs, I dont need to hound her for answers but she will initiate phone calls with me to update me on the process. Everything from touring, applying, getting all documents ready and signing the lease has been super seemless and stress free. We got the most thoughtful move in gift for us and our pet, we already feel cared for. Looking forward to being in our new home!
