Nice and tranquil place

I have been here for almost a month now. I moved from California and working with Leanna made it a flawless process. Everyone was so nice including the maintenance staff. It's a great location for an outdoor lover, with so many trails near the area.

Horrific

Truly horrific experience living here - when I moved in 2 years ago it was stunning. Now it is a shambles. Terrible neighbors, unsafe, and unstable people living / visiting at all hours. Most long term residents are tired of overpaying whilst new residents come in on special offers severely underpaying and also not adhering to any of the policies. Place is run down and dirty. Not luxury at all.

save your time and hard earned money

I’ve been a resident for 3 years now and will not be renewing my lease. When I moved in years ago it was beautiful complex with wonderful morris bridge road as another option for interstate access. But also for parks and trails. Each year management raises rent, would be understandable to area but they cannot give me a valid solution from keeping the raccoons from people trash who leave it outside on none trash days smh! HUGE RACCOONS from wildlife will come one to property and ransack trash leaving mess!!!!!!!

Not worth it

They call themselves luxury apartments, they're not. They put in new cabinets that are shoddy and quite a few of the outlets don't work. The lighting in the kitchen keeps blinking. There is no point in renewing a lease as all they do is increase after increase in hundreds of dollars. You are nothing more than a number to them.

Do not move here

I loved living here for the last 1.5 but the last six months have sadly soured the experience. Management changed and with that they feel entitled to complete renovations while we are living here. I mean, grinding countertops at 0800, glass broken in the street, entering whenever they want to do these "upgrades" (oh but you got 24 hrs notice), and when you express concern you are somehow the problem? Even once the renovations are done, it goes to show the attitude of this management. You are not viewed as the paying customer.

Impressed!

I toured this weekend and the team was super nice and explained all the updates. I toured because of the location and leased because of the leasing person and upgrades. Super excited to move for once.

Don’t do it

I’ll keep this relatively brief to save everyone’s time. Don’t live here. All they care about is your money. When you have true issues (such as roaches) you get lies and no returned emails or calls, and that’s not just from the property manager John, our issue went unresolved so long we had to reach out to the regional manager Shannon and the end result again was failure to respond to emails or communicate. John however was quick to call and email when it came time to renew our lease and take our money. Don’t live here if you want to be valued as a tenant who consistently pays on time and causes no issues because they will show their true colors. All they care about is their bank account.

Horrible.

This complex is the worst place I have ever lived at. The size of the living room is nice, but that is just putting lipstick on a pig. I had multiple problems with my AC, the valet trash never was picked up on time, and there was dog poop and garbage EVERYWHERE outside. It basically was a landfill that had people living in it. The gate was constantly broken, leaving your vehicle and home open to break ins. I also had drug dealers living in the same building as me, who were always screaming and smoking outside their front doors. It was unsafe and uncomfortable. Do not waste time or money looking at this place when there are plenty of other complexes in the area!

but seeing the reviews, sounds like they've gone down hill. They don't even comment a reply to anyone. too bad, seemed like a nice place.

It used to be nice. Getting very run down from horrible management

Two years ago this place was like a resort. It It is so run down, front gates never work, no security and pool is nasty. Always trash and old furniture around dumpster. Place has no been pressure washed in over two years. Dogs poop everywhere and no one cleans it up. Manager could care less about resident concerns. Don't waste your time coming in here. You will be disappointed

An Oasis AKA Century Apartments

Gated, The Usual Amenities, Pool, Tennis, Gym - But What Shines Is The Staff & Maintenance Crew - Like Part Of The Family & So Attentive & Responsive - Central Location & Our Very Own Resident Alligator "Fred"

Size for price

Great amount of space for the price. Amenities are great and not on top of the apartments. Only 1 thing I don't like is the roots from the trees are starting to show around kids playground. Tho I'm sure it's a hard fix as those are big old trees.

Happy!

Happiness is where you find it....and I have. Found it....There is not much more to ask for...you may pay a little more..but you get what you pay for..and if size matters..this is the place. Quiet..yet livable place..family friendly..diverse community... Happy....

The gardens at crosscreek

We stayed with our son for a visit here last year , the care and upkeep of the property was very impressive, we will be moving down this year and hope to possibly rent here until we find a home
