Love living here. Everyone is so helpful . It’s so peaceful and quiet. The amenities are great. I have bo complaints been here for almost 3 years

Love the space. Love the community vibe. Just wish there was a bit more wiggle room with the use of the amenities: some are only available during office hours or limited to a very small number of guests.

Great apartment with good amenities. Maria was an excellent leasing agent and helped me quickly find what I was searching for. I definitely love this place so far.

Maria is literally the best leasing agent I have ever had. She gave us an amazing tour which convinced us to move in the next week. Everything has gone well with the move and my apartment is beautiful.

Quiet, clean, and just thr right sized community to call home. Also a great location. The staff & maintenance crew are simply amazing!!!!! The fix things quickly and get it done the right way.

I have enjoyed living here. The community is quiet, the staff are friendly, and maintenance responds quickly to any issues. My only issue is the continuous increases in rent.

The experience is really good here the neighborhood is really great so much to do and the people here is very nice also it’s very clean and we feel safe

This has been an incredible complex and their continued goal to improve resident areas overtime is even better! The office and maintenance staff are always very friendly and prompt.

Century capital city apartments or phenomenal, I Lev 'em, and I'm so glad I made the decision to live here. The amenities are awesome. The apartments are clean, well maintained and very cozy. I gave it a 5 story view. I only have one complaint, it's small. And it don't have to do with the actual apartment complex and the person that does are vallet Garbage keeps missing my apartment. But it's really no big deal, because it's usually just me here anyway, so not much garbage. I am thrilled with this community apartment. Just a hole vibe,And I found out the history have this location, which is very intriguing ...... ??

It’s always a pleasure living here . I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. The staff is always nice and willing give a helping hand. This is the best apartment ever !

I really enjoy living here. It definitely gives the feel of an apartment community because it offers ways for you to become and stay engaged with your neighbors. The amenities are great, however, some are only available during office hours, which limits your opportunity to enjoy them if your work hours overlap with the office hours. There are food truck nights, special event nights and complimentary fitness classes. Feedback is welcomed often so that is refreshing. Valet trash pickup is definitely an amenity I was not expecting nor accustomed to but have come to love it. I do come from a recycling household, so I was surprised to learn there is no option for recycling here. Overall, it’s a great place to live and extremely pet friendly.

I have always been able to enjoy the amenities, the team is tremendous, facilities is quick and helpful, and it is a nice quiet community that seems to be always working on improving.

Very friendly and safe place.... great location, close to restaurants, grocery and mall.... being new to the area. I was very happy to finally find a place to be able to call home.

Needs a dog park, more up to date looks like 2005, better amenities, better gate system with a app, update tiles in apartment update nasty old refrigerator

Great complex, very quiet and chill. Matinence responds fast to claims. I have renewed my lease twice already. And, I haven't had any major issues. Staff are friendly and pleasant.

So far so good, as of this moment I have been here less than a month. I like the fact that it is nice, clean, gated and quiet. I also like having access to the gym, pool and other amenities. I really like the package hub and how it works.

Quiet neighborhood with wonderful office staff. They are courteous, helpful, and responsive. The groundskeepers do their best in maintaining the neighborhood. I hope that there will be an effort to periodically pressure wash the breezeway and hand-rails.

Great place! Great area and very large complex. So much to do! Dog park, pool, spa, grill, fire pit and more! They do resident events and food trucks come all the time!

My family and I have been living at these apartments for about 8 months and we love it here. Very quiet, amenities are great, office staff is wonderful. Great neighborhood and school ratings.

Here at Century Capital City I feel at ease and I feel at home. We have the best Community Director who cares for her residents and honestly the best maintenance support since I moved here in 2023. Our maintenance supervisor really knows his stuff and is super passionate. The community looks well kept and the community activities are fun. Good amenities and seems like a safe location. Come check it out!

I came in 2023 and as you can see I’m still here and I love it! I think what makes me love it the most is that we have an incredible community manager Naomi and her care for us is unmatched! Come here stay here live here ! You won’t regret it.

While I plan to continue renting here, I do feel that my unit is overpriced for what it is (hallways are always dirty due to the valet trash getting dragged around; I don't even have a full wall and door separating my living room from my bedroom; baseboards in the kitchen and bathroom look like they are made out of cardboard; no lights in living or bedrooms; old appliances and splotchy paint jobs). The location is very convenient, however, and the apartment complex is generally quiet and peaceful and feels safe, which outweighs the other issues for me.

I love this community! We have the best staff, the right maintenance crew, and hands down the best neighbors. This place of love, great amenities, and great community activities. I love living here.

The staff is always extremely supportive and the amenities are extremely beneficial. I greatly enjoy being a part of this community and it makes it very easy and convenient to not only be a member of this community, but also work from home with it.

Love living here this will be my 2nd year living here and I feel so comfortable ! The staff caters to you every needs and they have fun activities for the holiday.

Overall a great place to live. Pool is nice, staff is nice, and they always set up events for the residents which is thoughtful. My only issues are other people’s pets and not pick up after them, and how thin the walls can be as someone who lives on the first floor. Also don’t like how someone purposely tries to break the front gates every month.

Highly recommend! Very cutesy & peaceful if you will. Haven’t had any neighbor issues nor have I had any major household concerns. Keep up the good work!

Quiet and peaceful place to live. Management is the best! Many activities to get involved in here. The pool area is so nice too. This is the first apartment complex I’ve lived in where you can actually go to the pool and enjoy it peacefully.

I’m new to Talkahassee. Very happy here - I looked at other apartments and made a good choice by choosing Century Capital City. Good location and nice surroundings.

Things are going super well and I have no complaints currently. Happy to see the gates working and all of my concerns and opinions being listened to.

Nice community but for the price, appliances can better and gate code doesn’t always work…. Location great… Overall not a bad place to stay….

This is a great place to live. It is convenient to everything. The community stays cleaned. The staff is amazing and the neighbors are respectful and friendly. It’s always quiet and the gate works. lol

Living here has been great! The area is always quiet, and the office has always been helpful and able to answer any questions I have. Amenities are kept in great condition as well.

My husband and I love living here! Location is great and community is friendly. One of our favorite things about this complex is that it has a dog park.

Great place to call home. Friendly staff & residents. Also very quiet. I love the grounds because they are well kept. Maintenance crew is quick and friendly too.

Very thankful to have almost all the lights working and finally having working lights in front of my building. I can actually see when I leave for work early in the morning and it’s so nice to not have to look over my shoulder so much. I like the gates working but with no policy to ensure people do not follow behind, it doesn’t really make much of a difference but I am thankful they do work. Overall I’m pretty satisfied with my experience.

The apartment complex itself is nice and quiet. I feel very safe. I will say that the process to sign was extremely frustrating. I don’t think the agent did a great job with providing an accurate check list of what was needed. She did provide a paper copy of a check list that included ann incomplete list which was filled out incorrectly and had incorrect pricing. She then sent me emails about needing additional information, which was not on the checklist told me something new seemingly everyday that was not listed on the original checklist. Additionally I didn’t even receive the lease to look at until two days before I was supposed to move in and therefore I basically had to sign the day of move in. So far it’s been fine, but the process should not have been that messy to begin with.

I love it here . Staff is always there when I have any questions or concern. It’s quiet and I’ve been here for almost 2 years. It’s always clean and maintenance is there same day
