Century Autumn Wood

Top 5 on my list of apartment complex communities that I’ve had the pleasure of living over the last 10 years. Very clean, quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Tall ceilings and cabinets is a plus. The view from my balcony is beautiful and my American bully, Percy loves to run around outside in the dog park. The staff are kind and communicative. The pool so beautiful and neighbors are very friendly. Love it here.

Nice apartment could have been cleaned better especially the patio. Looks like someone spilled or possibly peed on the patio. Has an awful odor outside and inside the apartment as well.

I moved in this past Monday, but so far it’s been the best experience. The community feels cozy and quiet. I made a great choice with Century Autumn Wood.

I enjoy my apartment, I love the large kitchen and bathroom. The only downfall is how thin the walls are here. I’ve lived in many apartments and I’ve not heard my upstairs neighbors as much as I do now. The staff is very friendly and accommodating as they got me moved in quickly during our winter snow storms. If the loud noises were minimized I would definitely renew my lease.

Best apartment community I have ever lived in! Very well maintained, easy communication with the front office, and maintenance requests are responded to quickly. The reasons it isn’t a 5-star rating is because the gate is often left open which defeats the purpose of having the security of living in a gated community and the playground for the children is a very old wooden swingset that myself and child have gotten splinters from. The playground also has nails and such that are dangerously sticking out of the clearly rotting wood.

Second year living here is complex is rather quiet not too many issues and they are typically fast to respond whenever you have a problem. I will be resigning

Things have been overall okay, I would like to see things like: The back gate being fixed promptly Cameras directed towards the parking lot being fixed The trash compactor working again

So far so good! Move in was quick and simple and have had no issues. I’m new to the area and I like the location. Plenty of shopping close by.

The process from coming to view the apartment to coming to pick up our keys to our new home was a Breeze. Thanks to the management team. The apartments are up to date an the community seems nice & peaceful.

It’s a wonderful community! And the office staff and maintenance guys are very nice and helpful. I’m happy to call Century Autumn Wood home, here in my hometown. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Tres estrellas porque entiendo que es la temporada de invierno pero si quiero usar el área de la piscina sin usar la piscina porque obviamente no se puede usar por el clima que es muy frío, pero si se puede usar la parrillera las chimeneas y todo lo que pueda proporcionar calor , quería hacer una parrilla fui hasta la piscina y todas las entradas estaban cerradas

Maintenance is great. The office people are nice as well. We are towards the front and haven’t had any issues with noise. Kids will play out during the summer but are always back in by 8pm. I like it here.

Just moved in but it’s quiet and peaceful living here haven’t had any problems… the office staff is incredibly helpful as well and super welcoming!

The Community is in an excellent location with close access to the interstate dining and shopping. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance crew is exceptional.

I had problems with my air conditioning this Summer and they did not stop working on it until it was fixed. They made sure I comfortable in the meantime with a temporary unit.

Great place to live! excellent location and friendly staff. I would recommend these apartment homes. They are close to the interstate and lots of shopping and dining options too!

We really like living in these apartments. It is quiet, harmonious, clean and tidy. We believe that the people who live here are polite and respectful. But we would like to suggest that the administration continue to hold events as they did in previous years. They did not hold the summer pool party for the children, they did not hold the autumn or winter party, nor did they have sweets in October for the children. They no longer hold activities that we residents like and that were fun. I hope they will schedule them again, it is important.

I truly could not be more satisfied with or grateful for the amenities and accommodations provided by Century Autumn Wood. And the staff is always available when I have questions!

I just moved in to Century Autumn Wood and already feel so at home! The apartment was impeccably clean upon move in and the leasing staff was so kind throughout the entire process. I know I’m going to love it here and that I made a good decision!

It has great amenities and is in a great location—close to the interstate and shopping and dining. The staff is great, and the property is well-maintained.

Moved in being told how new management was going to enhance the community. Since then I’ve been penny pinched at every corner including fees, maintenance work orders being cheaply completed only for it to break the next week. My biggest issue has to be the trash piling up in the middle of a construction surrounded apartment complex. Needless to say I have only lived here for one year so who knows what is to come.

The administrative staff is always available to assist when needed. The maintenance team is friendly and provides an exceptional service experience.

Maintenance is 5 Stars! They are great.... Alot of new faces in the office but 1 in particular individual does not seem to want to help with any problems, it's either not his job or puts the blame on me which I have been in customer service my whole life and you don't say to someone it's your fault, I had insurance documents sent 2 times to him because I supposedly was not in compliance and I was, he did NOTHING, my agent said that was insane what I had to go through! The walk ways are the nastiest I have ever seen and I have lived in apartments most of my life... I will not be signing another lease here.

This was my first solo apartment and I’ve enjoyed it! Maintenance has always been there asap, management has been amazing! Upgrades to the gym would be great (new equipment) Stait master maybe lol overall 10/10

Overall a great community to live in, the staff and management are easy to get in touch with in an emergency. Consider this your next home!!

Great staff and beautiful property. Apartments have excellent layouts and natural lighting too! The location could not be better as it is within walking distance of several grocery stores and restaurants. The only reason it is not 5 stars is the car wash/vacuum has not worked since we moved in.

Excelente complex, totalmente tranquilo, atención del personal de servicio y administrativo oportuno. Las áreas comunes como piscina y gum siempre están impecables Nos sentimos felices en vivir aquí.

Great place to live thus far in our experience! No noise complaints, no late night craziness, and superb office staff! Only complaint with office staff is that there aren’t enough people working in the office and they can be hard to reach via phone sometimes.

My stay at Century Autumn Wood had been great. Only minor complaints with the neighbor , but we worried that out amongst ourselves. It’s quiet in the area, maintenance requests are always fixed the next day. I’ve never had to wait a long time to get a object fixed.

Quiet, clean, wonderful staff, and affordable. No problems with any neighbors. Gym and pool areas are nice and clean. Could use more closet space.

The pool area is nice. The complex is usually clean and tidy. But the keys never work, and the gates are always broken. Takes forever to get in.

I love living at Century Autumn Wood! The community is wonderful and in the perfect location. The only recommendation I have is that I wish the car wash and vacuum worked.

The neighborhood is very quiet and has a lot to offer. There is a great variety of stores and restaurants nearby with great access to the interstate. The apartments offer great amenities and friendly staff.

Ya mi familia y yo vamos para 3 años y de verdad que es excelente y tranquilo vivir aquí lo único que si me gustaría es que instalarán un porton igual al de la entrada principal sería más seguro y también que acercaran por donde esta el parque porese lado no es seguro ni para los niños y los residentes cualquier persona podría entrar y salir fácilmente

Easy process to move in for me. Olivia is the BEST! I would recommend coming to look and lease! I promise the property won’t disappoint! Loving everything so far!

Just moved in and the staff has been incredible and the apartments are very nice! I cant wait to enjoy my time here and this community! My favorite part is the gorgeous pool!

I love my apartment, everyone in the office are really nice and generous. Just love living here. Really safe for me and my family. Looking forward moving to a bigger apartment next year. Right here.

Wonderful experience living here, love the common area. With the pool being open, it’s nice to just lay in the sun and read a good book. So nice.

Century autumn wood has been my home for 5 or 6 years , it is a gated community, it has a Amazon hub , if you order something from Amazon there is a special locker , that you will receive a code to get your package, it also has an outdoor swimming pool

Would steer clear of this place if possible. Things always broken including parking lot lights, pool, gates, among others. Mountain of trash frequently seen around dumpster. Valet trash that you are required to pay for is hit or miss on pick up. Local staff is great but hindered by corporate policies. Can’t retain community manager and other staff.

Clean and nice apartment I would recommend to family and friends. At some apartments parking can be better and there could be more guests parking

Everyone welcomed me with such open arms. This is the first and only place I looked. Now it’s home. I am looking forward to taking advantage of all of the amenities that Century Autumnwood has to offer.
