Century at the Ballpark

I feel very safe and I haven't met any one with a bad attitude here. I would refer anyone to the ballpark. My only downside for it is , I wish that they would wash the hallways and the stairs .

So far everyone is quiet and respectful of others space. The only complaint is people allowing dogs to defecate in the mulch area in front of apartments when there are designated areas 15 feet away.

Not so good experience. For the past 3 years the breezeways were not cleaned properly.Big Oily Stains in front of the door of the apartments and the stairs.VERY DIRTY!!!

I love this community . It’s amazing here .. the staff is great the community is quiet . I enjoy living here I have no complain or concerns.

My apartment is in very good condition, everything very well maintained, . Excellent service, a quiet and cozy place. Impeccable hygiene and cleanliness. Its location is very good.

My experience moving is a solid 5 out of 10 i was expecting something different from interacting with leasing agents to viewing the apartments then it changed as soon as i moved in.

It been a pleasure living here quiet clean only one thing I have a problem with guys in the parking lot working on cars this is not a mechanic shop

I wish the property would be clean.The breezeway still dirty and stained.It was pressure washed but the stains still there.Big stains on front of the door and the stairway. They need to paint the floor of the breezeways to cover the big oily stains.Lots of people smoke on our building. It was supposed to be a non smoking property.

The Century makes apartment living worth it! The staff are very helpful. Shout out to Jalissa and Julio! They are always friendly, understanding and on point!

So far its going down we have been in our new apartment for 3 days so many problems has come To our attention waiting for things to fix or order overall down hill very upset

As a new resident I’ve experienced great service, office staff is very much on top of all my concerns. The grounds are kept up well and the pool cleaning is done every Monday.

Breezeways needs to be clean. Very dirty!!! Construction in front of our building and is very noisy,lots of dust on the cars in the parking lot.The furniture on the patio is full of dust every day. We were not notified about the construction.We have to endure all the noise and dust. People smoking every day in our building. We told the office stuff about all of this. No action yet! (3 years of being here)

I been here for 5 years my experience here has been great quiet neighbors are friendly everyone comes and goes my their own business only part I hate is the dog poop around the community ??

The move in was icing on the cake. The process was smooth easy and quick. We are grateful to be here at Century at the Ballpark. Our experience has been very good.

I’ve loved every moment since I’ve moved to this area. There are plenty of food spots and activities to choose from! Couldn’t be happier with my experience thus far!

Living her has been the best experience of my entire living experience. I would recommend Ballpark of the Century to family and friends. The front office is every helpful.

Hay varios cambios que ha. Favorecido, pero también hay cosas q no está. Funcionando tan bien el complex necesita espacios para q los niños puedan jugar no hay

I wish we have more clean breezeway. I have big stains in front of my door and I leave here for 3 years. The stains multiplied all this time. The stairs are dirty as well. Looks like everyone ignores us.The rent is very expensive as well. I clean and sweep the stairs every other week but is not my business. I cannot stand the dirtiness. We were told is a nonsmoking property. We see people smoking every day!

Issues upon issues with management and requests being completed. Broken gym equipment and gates are consistent. I don't feel safe in the complex because the gates are broken over 80% of the time. Management does not seem to care.

Nice place to live! I wish it was cleaner for the money we pay!We have big stains on front of our apartment and on the stairs and we see them every day we walked out of the apartment. We live here for almost 3 years and we keep asking the office people about and no response .

It's been quiet since I've moved in and the leasing staff have been amazing. My apartment was in perfect move in ready condition and the neighbors are nice.

I been here 5 years Haven't had any problems quiet everyone mines their own business it's a working community Only real problem I have the residents don't pick up their dogs poop their are trash cans all around the premises

It’s a great experience living here. I love the apartment. The balconies are huge and the amenities are great. The rent is a fair price. I have a two bedroom two bathroom with hardwood floors throughout beautiful place to live. Access to the baseball field, as well as the Mall of Georgia is a plus

Nice experience! The office people organizes great activities for the residents.They have every day fresh coffee and snacks. I would like to have lower prices for rent because I think is overpriced and I would love to have clean breezeways. Overall is great!

The leasing office team, (Jair and Taylor) are beyond amazing! They always go out of their way to make sure I'm taken care of, amazing service! The reason for my 3 star review however is the wait times for maintenance and Highmark in general. I have waited weeks for what should be simple service requests, and they have also continued to let trash pile up at the dumpsters, crumbling stairs walking up to apartments, stained and dirty breezeways, it feels like Highmark does not care about their tenants. I really do like the community and the people here, which is why I hope that Highmark fixes these issues soon.

En general es un lugar tranquilo para vivir, no hay mucho ruido y está cercano a muchos comercios. Lo único que me gustaría que mejoraran el tema de la basura con el contenedor y el carwash con una mejor pistola de agua y destapar el desagüe del mismo!

Es un gran lugar para vivir, muy tranquilo, las personas que trabajan aquí son muy amables. Los apartamentos son espaciosos y las zonas comunes son muy bonitas.

It’s ok here @century@the ballpark, I don’t care for nor like living with roaches@ these rates and the pest control company sucks!!!. U have to repeat things a couple of times to the office but, this is my experience..

Some people are just nasty and don't like to clean up. They are fixing too many cars on the property and leaving trash in the breezeway. and not taking care of the property.

To many neighbors not respectful of others. Excessive loud music. Untamed animals. Cats everywhere now. Dog poop left in the grass.... disgusting and unsanitary

Excellent place to be with very sweet office staff.Always nice and ready to help. Minutes from the mall ,entertainment places,grocery shopping. The only things we are disappointed with ,in the property are the breezeways of the buildings.They need to be cleaned and maintained at least once a month.And is a nonsmoking property but I don’t see people respecting that. Maybe the property should install signs. Overall is a great property!!!

The community. The staff. The environment. Everything is relaxing and peaceful. I’ve been living here for over a year now and I love it. Resident evil vents are always phenomenal. Looking forward to what February has to bring!

I absolutely love living here. The one thing I admire about this community is how peaceful it is. It’s quiet and I enjoy sitting on my balcony and taking everything in.

It’s would be a good experience except they can’t seem to get the pest, under control????and get a pest company that’s really able to do something to combat the ?? other than seeming like they’re making them migrant...

Great place and very chill, office is very responsive to issues and requests. They also hold lots of events and there is so much do to so close by.

For those of you that have been around for some time or remember the old manager, I am pleased to tell you that things have completely turned around!  The days of walking into the office and witness good people under the suppression of malicious misery at the hands of the old manager are GONE. Now the office is filled with people who light up a room with their personalities and expertise.  Jair has been promoted to Assistant Manager and Taylor has been strategically added to create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.    Jair has proven to be a tremendous asset in her roll.  People in the complex gravitate to her fun, professionalism, and competent personality. The promotion of Jair is well deserved. In addition, Taylor is the perfect fit for the team.  She has come in and done an exceptional job.   With our new manager anchoring the new team, things have been extremely peaceful when you go into the office/clubhouse.  These three make for a “Five Star Experience.”   Kenneth Cruise

This is a friendly community with good people and safe. I would recommend this property to my friends They have many activities and the office people are nice and try to help out with any issues you might have.

My stay here has been great for the past 5 years the only problem I have is for residents to pick up their dog poop you walk around the complex dog poop is all over

Everyone in the front office has been super helpful and communication has been pleasant regarding moving In. Anything I called out during check-in was noted for replacement or update. So far I am loving W1.

I have been living here about 7 months I think it’s a great community nothing to complain about the gym could be improved, the residence gate was broken for 2 months and the car wash vacuum never turns on when i try to use it but other than that it’s great

amazing apartments!they have an amazing walking trail beautiful appliances! they even have an amazing hangout area that includes a gym, pool room, connect 4 games and treats, a massage room and a pool! everyone is so nice here too especially Erika! the apartments are in a great area and you only have to drive 1-2 minutes to get to shopping areas and food! very quiet neighborhood!

This apartment is great. I love teen night options that may be happening soon m. I also loved the Friendsgiving. Everything is looking greatttttt
