Property Ratings at Centre Pointe Apartments
I waited (literally) for months to move into my new home here in Centre Pointe ( signed my lease in early November, 2024 and didn't move until February, 2025!) There has not been one moment of regret. Everything from the very well manicured grounds to the cleanliness of every aspect of the environment speaks to the TLC that emanates inside and out. The staff and management has always greeted me with a pleasant smile, usually by name and almost always with a kind offer of assistance or question as to how I'm doing. I wish I knew everyone's name, I will in time, but DeJuan, Ernest, Cohen, Maria, Taylor and Michelle have been more than helpful on many, many occasions. On move-in day - I was most pleasantly surprised to find a well stocked "Welcome Basket" waiting for me with supplies to help me navigate my first few days easily ( paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, snacks, coupons, laundry/dishwasher pods, sponge, etc.) and a beautiful card! The neighbors have been friendly and welcoming, the amenities plentiful, the activities frequent! The location is ideal, the atmosphere is incredible! Please, if I'm dreaming, don't wake me!!!

Great Community! Great Place to live! My Family and I looked at a couple of different places before we chose Centre Point and this one stood out! Michelle was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She made everything quick, easy, and pain free. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The amenities are great. They are always clean and serviced. The maintenance team will also do their best to ensure you are comfortable and maintain any issue in your unit. I love living here and will stay here until we find our house or not!

I’ve never stayed at apartments before prior to this, and I will say that I was nervous at first but because of the staff I have been nothing but comfortable since moving here. They have been very helpful and informative. We have been enjoying our stay here and our fur babies love it here as well. Thank you for helping us make this our home center pointe!

Aside from the location being perfect Ms. Michelle at the front desk is amazing, responsive and very helpful! So is the rest of the staff! The amenities at this place alone is worth living here. From the gym, pool, personal training and yoga, even our fur babies love the dog park! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We have been here 3 months and have had zero issues! We absolutely love hanging out by the pool, going to the gym (which is by far the best in the area after touring all the other apartment complexes), joining the yoga classes every Monday, food truck Fridays, and taking our dog to the dog park where we have met a lot of really great people! Michelle bent over backwards to help us get into our apartment which we appreciate so much, and Taylor has been super helpful when my boyfriend accidentally locked me out twice (lol). We genuinely love living here!

My fiancé and I were moving across the country from the West Coast to Florida, and we toured a dozen apartments in search of our perfect fit while we were in Florida for two weeks. Immediately upon entering the leasing office at Centre Pointe, we knew that we had found our new home. The ambience of the clubhouse and pool facilities were spectacular, the gym was beautiful, and all of the apartments were about 200 ft. bigger than most of the other apartments in the area for the same price point. All of the features inside of our unit are brand new, clean, and modern. Our leasing agent, Taylor was so responsive and helpful, and made the process very easy for us even as we were back in California packing up our old home for the big drive. By the time we arrived in Florida again to start moving in - everything was arranged for us, the unit we picked was spotless, and they left us a cute basket of welcome gifts and apartment staples like toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and a shower squeegee. We were able to have a seamless moving experience. I can’t recommend this apartment complex enough! Thank you Taylor and the rest of the staff at Centre Pointe.

This place is beautiful and the maintenance is great so if you’re just looking for that this place is 5/5. However, I’ve stayed here for over a year and a half and in that time the basketball court has been closed half of that time. They have also become increasingly strict recently when it comes to other amenities. For instance no guests in the pool and the hours are 10-5. Parking is terrible for guests especially those that have issues ambulating.

My experience with Centre Pointe Apartments has been nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we expressed interest in renting an apartment, the process was incredibly smooth and efficient. Taylor was incredibly helpful and attentive, patiently answering all of our questions and ensuring we felt confident every step of the way. One of the standout features of Centre Point Condos is how quickly we were able to move in. The approval process was surprisingly fast, allowing us to settle into our new home much sooner than expected. Upon moving in, we were delighted to find that the apartment complex is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The amenities here far exceed those of other local apartments we considered. From the modern fitness center to the inviting community spaces, Centre Point truly offers a luxurious living experience. One aspect that particularly impressed us is the soundproofing of the walls inside the apartments. We live on a center floor and do not hear anything from our neighbors. Overall, Centre Point Condos has exceeded our expectations in every way. We couldn't be happier with our decision to move here!

I scheduled a tour on Sunday, January 07, 2024, and Taylor was at the front desk happy to help. The property is very clean and well kept. Taylor, Michelle, Logan and all their staff are extremely nice and have great customer service and their communication both on the phone and via email is incredible. It is hard to find a place that lists pictures that accurately represent the apartment and community, but I have yet to find a picture that Centre Pointe has listed that I do not agree with. It was stunning looking at the photos online before taking the tour, in-person the apartment and community is exactly as depicted, both clean, spacious and very modern. The apartments are modern, updated and well taken care of. Even the hallways, sidewalks, parking lots are well maintained and clean. The community spaces are fantastic and spacious. I moved into a one bedroom and there is more storage space then I have stuff for, and I love the hardwood flooring throughout the apartment. I would HIGHLY recommend Centre Pointe to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and friendly place to live!

Broken AC unit, refrigerator, no hot water and poor response (including lies) from management. Incredibly high electric bills - nearly 400 dollars with limited usage. Claims to be smoke free, but it's a roll of the dice with the neighbors you get. Walls are thin. Do not recommend.

Cheap appliances. Terrible water pressure. Filthy hallways and stairs. Dog poop everywhere. Water leaks every time it rains. Rude, terrible, and unprofessional management. Extremely overpriced. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from here.

Our unit smelled like marijuana smoke on a daily basis. The office said they can’t do anything unless they physically see the person smoking so we were stuck with it. If someone lives above you, you can hear everything like footsteps or vacuuming. Our upstairs neighbors would stay up all through the night. Finally our electric bill was over $300 for the 3 bedroom unit and the office did nothing to help us examine why the cost was outrageous and we are contentious of our electric usage. I do not recommend living here.

Top notch every step of the way, from the Starbucks coffee in the lobby to the hotub by the resort style pool, this place has some top notch amenities. Combine that with the courteous and fast acting personel, and the prime location next to the Avenues, I couldn't ask for a better place

The amenities are very nice, when they are open. However our apartment has COCKROACHES and we keep a very clean home. We call and call but no one will do anything about it. Our A/C went out three times in the last two months and it takes multiple days before management responds. The HVAC Filter has needed replaced and it takes about 5 call to get a response. The bathroom drawer (glides) have been broken since move-in (a year ago) and they can't fix. They enter your home for "inspections" regularly, but you can't get them to solve even the simplest of issues. Management doesn't return calls either. We are so happy to be moving out. Beautiful location, but ultimately it's lipstick on a pig.

My child and I recently moved to Centre Pointe back in July from Colorado. We've absolutely loved living her thus far! One of the biggest points for us has been the people in the community that have been SO friendly. The units are well put together, beautifully styled, with high quality appliances. The maintenance has been incredibly prompt in answering an online request I submitted upon moving in. The amenities exceeded my expectations--by far the nicest gym facilities of the numerous apartments I've resided in. You can certainly hear neighbors through the shared walls, but frankly, that's common across most complexes--just a risk you take in moving into that environment. I would strongly recommend those looking for an apartment to look into Centre Pointe!

We moved into the Centre Pointe Apartments only a few short months ago after comparing similar rental properties in the area. We have to say that Centre Pointe was without question the best choice. The amenities are top notch - resort like, activities are well organized & executed and the location is ideal with an abundance of restaurants and shops a short walking distance away. Big shout out to the staff, especially Logan and Natalia, for the latest event and being ever so mindful of current social distancing guidelines. Very well done! Thank you.

We reluctantly moved from our condo on the beach to the Centre Pointe apartment complex. However, having resided here for more than 2 months now they exceeded our expectations. Staff, Logan and Natalia, always go above and beyond. Zumba by Tessy, yes please. Yoga, yes please. The gym, pool and basketball gym are out of this world. This place has it all to the point we love living here more than in our own condo on the beach. Worry free, super nice staff and fantastic amenities across from the Avenues. WOW....loving Centre Pointe!!!!

I’ve been living at Centre Pointe for about 3 months now and couldn’t be happier. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The amenities are gorgeous and it really is like living at a hotel. They just opened the pool which is by far they most beautiful part of the community not to mention the club house and gym area are absolutely spectacular. The property manager Logan goes above and beyond to ensure everything is great and this has been one of the smoothest moves my family and I have ever made. Thank you to all the staff and we look forward to living here for a very long time.
