Central Square Apartments

I went to see the apartment and Chad helped. He was so helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my experience.

Jonathan was happy, nice and overall amazing I went there and he helped me with no problem he is the best employee I would have put 10 stars if their was a 10 star option, I appreciate him.

I went on a quick tour of the apartments with Jazz and she did a wonderful job. Great place for people in search of a cost effective option!

Just went on a tour with Tyree and she was absolutely amazing. I will be moving here! ((: homes are clean and finishes are nice. Great amount of space.

Apartment was not ready when I moved it! Carpet wet and nasty Dishwasher doesn’t work! Put in several work orders still not complete! Previous tenants had trash in vents, placed work order to clean out! Still not done! Leak in ceiling never fixed! Brown spots on the ceiling now! Put in work order for that and no one still has come out!

After loving into this apartment the stove didn’t work at all called and input a ticket for maintenance. After about a week it finally was fixed. Then the weather started getting very warm so turned on the AC didn’t work. Put in a ticket maintenance came and said they put some Freon in. It was cool for about a 8 hour period. The AC is still broken and anyone that knows anything about heating and air will tell you if a AC unit needs Freon it has a leak and replacement is needed. The office has been called several times but the apartment is so uncomfortable it was 90 degrees last night! This place is way to expensive for broken appliances, everything should have been tested before anyone rented the unit. For the price of the rent everything should be working and I should not be uncomfortable. My suggestion is to move on and find another place to reside.

The apartments are very nice. Walking distance to several restaurants, pharmacies and stores. The office staff is absolutely awesome. They answer all questions and take care of any issues you may have!

John was excellent. I put in the work order on Tuesday and He was there on Wednesday morning. Excellent service so far from everyone there!

The place is right off 161 and the panhandlers walk through the parking lot everyday. If they see you out they ask for money. They took the gates off the back patios so now there's no privacy or security on the spacious patio. The management responds faster to online comments than resident's concern. The dishwasher doesn't work. One nice thing is that maintenance people are friendly.

Don't live here! Non-existent management and maintenance will never fix anything. You have to call multiple times to have anyone show up. The real estate group who bought them recently are just looking to milk every penny out of you. My advice look somewhere else.

Pros- spacious and finished basement, fast and respectful maintenance. Cons- neighbors have roaches and they keep coming over no matter what we do to get rid of them. They painted over water marks, half the cabinets don’t close all the way, doors get stuck and lock you in bathrooms. very outdated. Uneven floors. Holes in carpet. Bad caulk job everywhere in apartment. Overall it’s a decent place to live as long as you’re fine with it not looking nice, roaches, and the unsafe neighborhood!

I have been renting from Central Square since 2017 and every place has it's ups and down; however for the most part whenever I need something taken care of they do try to accommodate. I am only looking to leave as a townhouse no longer serves my family's needs. Jeff, Kayla and the rest of the staff (past and present) have always been VERY responsive and professional.

Entire property needs a lot of TLC. Been here almost a year and maintenance takes forever. I currently have a leak over my shower (looks like it was previously repaired) that's been leaking since March when the upstairs Tennant showers. Maintenance keeps closing my request even though it continues to leak with noticable water damage and brown ooze on the walls. They're really lucky I've been a good Tennant and continue to pay my rent because at this point I should until it's fixed. I'll be moving soon

Spacious Living! Professional customer service. I would recommend Central Square Apartments to anyone who is seeking spacious living arrangements! Finished basements are absolutely amazing!

My AC broke Memorial Day weekend...they have come out and "fixed it" 3 times so far... the first two times, they put freon in it and called it a day, even though my dad works as a heating and A/C technician and said the unit would need to be completely replaced (but whatever...) Some days it would get up to 87° in here. It was miserable. I'm not sure what they did the 3rd time...maybe they actually replaced something because it's currently 75° in here though the gauge is set to 69° so it's obviously not functioning completely properly. Oh well. That's the least of my concerns right now. Now, I have a bug infestation to deal with. In June, I noticed some bugs, and not knowing what they were, took pictures and made a maintenance request. The request was marked as completed, however, I do NOT believe anyone came out, because when I was informed of the type of bug a month later, I wouldn't have been allowed in my apartment if they had treated it. So that was a lie. And also, on July 8th, they came to do preventative pest control, and the guy asked if I'd seen bugs...which further makes me believe that no one knew about or treated my bug issue from June. I showed him the pictures I took, and he goes, "Yep, that's a roach." I was so furious. I've never even seen a roach before. Now, fast forward 3 weeks, and I'm getting bites all over my legs...there are roaches in my kitchen and on my walls...I found one on my couch! I'm so disgusted. I was told on July 8th that they would come spray the following week. Nope. They put a notice on my door on the 28th. They gave me less than 24 hours notice that they would be coming the following day to spray, because when I left for work at 5:35pm, that notice was NOT at my door. I had to clear my entire kitchen out...all the cabinets, food, dinnerware, everything...everything out of the bathroom...put it all on the couches in the living room because where else do I put it? And clear out my bathroom too. I waited all day for them to come, because I wanted to make sure they did, but I had to work again, so I took my cat to my sister's... and after all of that hassle... I find out that they didn't even come!! I can't use my living room because there is stuff everywhere, there are still roaches biting me...and I'm being inconvenienced, because people can't do their jobs right. I'm getting really sick of it. Also, I'll just throw in that my dishwasher has never worked. The pool that is advertised has never been filled. There are not

This place is horrible the management staff sucks. I currently stay here and heard an office worker proud of the fact he had 25 UNANSWERED voicemails from tenants. They come out to look over your apartment for what reason I still don't know then stuff starts breaking, central air has been out since Sat in high 80s weather and they give me one unit for a townhome with NO eta o when it will be fixed. I REPEAT DON'T STAY HERE.

COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE! BEDBUGS! Very rude people, very bad neighbourhood. There is mold in all basements. I used to work and live here. I can tell you, these people do not have your best interest in mind. Very bad place!!

I currently live at Central Square. My dishwasher has never worked since I moved in. Also my back door won't lock. The door to my unit will not secure either. I have called about 500 times for maintenance to come fix it. They won't fix anything. I'm probably going to have to put my rent in escrow. Live somewhere else

I just moved out from there. All units have bedbugs and its a bad community. Good luck getting help, they also have a hard time keeping their staff.

It's myself my boyfriend and our 2 kids and his son visits twice a month on weekends. Nice finished basement for fun time with the kids.
