Super safe area, friendly neighbors, walkable to everything you need, great maintenance guy. I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone! There’s even a farmers market next store on Saturday mornings with outdoor workout classes!

I’ve lived here for three years now and it’s felt like home from the start. It has everything you could ever want in an apartment, even a luxurious pool! Couldn’t recommend this apartment more.

This apartment is si convenient to great shopping and community evens. I love it here! Great room for entertaining guests too! So glad I found it.

After living here for 2 years I would like to report that this is a world class apartment complex- I am beyond satisfied and would stay here my whole life if I could however my husband bought us a house so off I go.

We've lived here for 4 years and love it! It's quiet, great neighbors, very walkable area and right next to the farmer's market!

I just had to move out of this property and I was so upset, but I am moving to MN for work. Place was always clean. Lived on the first floor and noise was never a problem. Parking available -especially when I had visitors over. Pool was so nice- going to miss that. People were friendly. I'm not an online shopper - but packages were always organized. I've lived in places where they are strewn all over the place - or sitting in door to be stolen. Don't hesitate moving here. I will miss this place.

Disappointed! We pay luxury rent and expect things to be clean and working. 1. not enough handicap parking 2. pool needs cleaning and question if water being checked 3. carpet is stained and dirty 4. grass not mowed until super long 5. maintenance slow at fixing things 6. garbage overflowing 7.elevator broken on Friday and no one fixed it over the weekend, due to handicap can't get up the stairs 8. great location

Central Pointe is convenient to basically everywhere I need to go. I sure love my apartment. It's a quiet and safe building. The office staff is nice and approachable, and maintenance gets work orders taken care of in a timely manner.

Nice place to call home Very convenient location close to the freeway closest stores close to the gas stations walking distance to the stores and gas stations nice and quiet all around and if you like riding bikes close to the trails Layout of the apartments are great and well kept I enjoy living here very much

Very nice apartment, centrally located. Small town charm with access to everything, no complaints. Quiet, clean, and quick response from maintenance if I ever have an issue. Management friendly and helpful.

We have been living here for the past two years and absolutely love it the location has everything that you need from shopping to schools the building is well maintained the management is excellent always there when you need them and they take care of all of your needs we also have referred our friends here and they love it as much as we do.

We have lived here since it open in 2015. We love our apartment and all the upscale amenities. The only reason for our leave is my husband job is transferring him out of state. Otherwise we would have continue to live here. Great location, and wonderful management staff.

For the most part I love this apartment. Good location, close to shopping and the freeways, and good quality for price. Management and maintenance are on top of things and very friendly. Downsides include: noisy apartment with upstairs neighbors walking or running is terrible, thin walls that don’t cancel out noise, and in the winter the atv clears the sidewalks at 430 on the morning.

Love this apartment. Brand new - granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, spacious and bright. Good sized balcony. Small, but nice, fitness center. Pool with privacy fence. Great tenants and management is always helpful and attentive. Would recommend to anyone!

Ok, so maybe living with your parents isn't the greatest thing when your a young 20 something, but this place has the right layout for just that. 3 Bedroom apartments are rare to find in the first place but this one has just that, 3 bedrooms and the loft bedroom is mine. With is HUGE walk in closets (I have 3 of those) and enough space for a queen bed, couch, chair, TV system, small fridge and a bathroom that is basically the size of Utah, you would want to stay at home too! Located close to malls, freeways, library, nice walking area, stores, underground parking, wild life, TWO balconies (I get my own) everything you need, this place it perfect, for mom, dad and me! Deer Creek Apartments are in the City Center and you would be happy to call this place home too!

My wife found our current apartment almost 3 years ago. The location could not be better for our needs. We are in the middle of the city center and so close to downtown with easy access to the freeway. We are only about 12 minutes from the park and ride bus stop, which is super nice since I take public transit to downtown for work. My wife tells me our apartment is almost 2000 sq feet, one foot short of that actually. We have 3 bedroom, 2.half baths and closets galore! I've never even seen a house with this many closets! And our windows on our corner unit are so nice. Our heating bills are actually lower in the winter due to the sun heating up our place, so I love that. And in the summer we have Hunter Douglas blinds to keep us cool. TWO balconies really wrap up this city center dwelling to be one sweet place to live! If you are considering New Berlin as a home base, consider City Center at Deer Creek apartments, you won't be sorry!

City Center At Deer Creek are awesome apartments located in the city center of New Berlin. My 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath is 1998 sq feet of 20 foot ceiling heights and windows that look out over the natural ponds and wild life. Closets are nothing you ever see in apartments, as their size and quantity accommodate all your strange needs! ! You'll love the granite counters, ceiling fans and front load washer and in unit dryer. Come to Deer Creek, where apartment living is for everyone! !
