The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Central Park West Apartments & Townhomes
The price is great for what you are getting. Its in walking distance of 3 grocery stores and a dollar store and a decent size. The only downside is the kitchen has little counter space. I did not get the dish washer I saw in the video of the apartment.
I have experienced a significant issue with smoke infiltrating through the ventilation system into my apartment, causing the entire living space to fill with smoke. This has resulted in me being exposed to secondhand smoke, which has been a considerable discomfort.
The dishwasher and sink keep leaking, maintenance is super slow at responding and no one is taking any of the issues associated with this building seriously. The laundry washer keeps breaking and overflowing, and they charge alot to do laundry when it barely washes your clothes. Oh yeah and there's roaches, I hope they know I'm not paying for those roommates because they're not wanted. It's absolutely disgusting.
The rent is affordable but the appliances are outdated and there's a cockroach infestation that they aren't doing anything about. They refuse to exterminate the whole building only single rooms, which isn't getting rid of the problem
Very attractive grounds. The maintenance people are straightforward and competent. Quiet. Responsive. Clean. Very satisfied.
Central Park West staff go out of their way to be accommodating from the office staff to the maintenance guys. I was only planning on living in an apartment for a few months, however, living here and being very comfortable with where I’m at I’ve been here for almost 2 years now. I wouldn’t recommend any other place to live other than Central Park West.
I love this apartment complex. The office workers are so nice, the courtyards are lovely, it's quiet, and anything you could need is within a 10 minute drive. Very family friendly, very affordable! I couldn't be happier with this place!
