Moses Lake is a small city in east-central Washington, located just off Interstate 90 about seventy miles east of Ellensburg and one hundred miles west of Spokane. The namesake lake forms a horseshoe shape around much of the city, putting most residents just a few blocks away from the water, making aquatic activities like boating and fishing quite popular among locals.

I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for housing in Moses Lake. Well kept property, excellent, helpful staff!
Central Park Villas has been nothing but a home since I moved it. The community is very safe and welcoming, clean, and fun. Kar and Vanessa actively try to make every single person who comes in feel loved and welcome, I can express simply in words the amount of love I have for this place and those who run it.
As a new tenant coming from out of town I had no idea what to expect. I got the apartment site unseen. However, Vanessa was so patient with me and all my questions that I sent her prior to my moving in. I have been welcomed with open arms and feel grateful that I am here. The move in was easy, no stress, and the apartment is wonderful. Both Kar and Vanessa care about the community, and are involved with the tenants, events, and making sure everybody feels at home. If you have a fur baby, this is the best apartment to come to. I don’t but they’re all over and everybody loves them. All my neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I may be 300 miles from home base, but I’m glad I’m here.

I moved to CPV three years ago after relocating to Moses Lake. I was worried about apartment living after owning my own home for decades. But CPV is like no other apartment complex I’ve ever experienced. Quiet, meticulously maintained, and secure. The property management, Kar and Vanessa, plan regular events for the residents to get together. I was very lucky to find CPV and I’ll be here for a good long time.
This place truly is wonderful! Kar, and Vanessa really make the villas a family. We absolutely love it here.

The manager is amazing, organizing community gatherings and games while providing free meals at them for the occupants. The handyman is also superb. We have a pool, gym, and covered parking. These are beautiful clean apartments with a family based atmosphere. Lanlord is on it if any problems do occur in a respectful and caring manner. Very clean and well maintained apartments right next to town. 10/10 recommend

The staff here is amazing Kar & Vanessa are super helpful and very friendly. I have lived in many apartments and hands down the best management I have ever had. The apartments and complex as whole are very clean well kept. The amenities are great. Close to everything you need in town. Can’t go wrong renting here!

I moved in Jan of 2020 and love the apartments, amenities and location. When I moved in everything went smoothly and got answers to questions right away. Jose the maintenance man is quick to help and friendly and Nancy our manager was great!! With being here with Boeing, I would have a hard time referring anyone though to move in. New manager isn’t very friendly and can’t seem to answer most question’s you have. Kar who works part time in the office is great with helping. Hoping they bring a manager in like we had with Nancy that can be more helpful and friendly.

The staffs never answer our contact. Never reply to Email, never call back. They always break the promises. And when we complian, they just excuse "we were busy". They just always chat chat chat and call it "busy". If you are working or out during this apartment's business hour, it is hell. You can never ask even single simple question. Because as I mentioned, they never answer to your contact.
