Property Ratings at Central Park Lofts
I've lived at Central Park Lofts for over 11 years. In fact, I moved into the building well before the rest of the units were complete. I chose the complex because of location and the style. Love when an old building is renovated into something modern with open spaces, exposed elements, and high ceilings. I will admit that, over the years, the building has seen an assortment of management, many of which were incompetent and did not care about the tenants. I elected to stay through those difficult times because I truly love my space. It's not an apartment or a rental... it's my home, and I take pride in the space and the building...something I wish many of the other tenants would do. I've invested a lot in my space and the property itself because I want to enjoy it. If you choose to move-in, I please ask that you do the same :-) This said, the building recently changed ownership and is now under new management. Thankfully, this team is much more responsive and listens to their tenants. Many enhancements have already occurred or are underway including new locks, fresh new paint, and a new roof. In time, hopefully we will see more improvements to the building as promised. We can't expect changes overnight. After all, they did take on quite a challenge. The new management is also responsive to texts and they work to give you honest answers without the runaround we received from former management. Very happy! Pricing of units is unmatched. In today's market, it's hard to find a modern, well-constructed loft space that includes underground parking, with storage, is pet-friendly, and is so close to downtown. Here's to another 11 years... and hopefully so friendly new neighbors. Just please don't be loud and clean up after yourself ;-)
