Well looks like the doors are going to need a new coat of paint. Staff in management office and maintenance are doing great. Overall satisfied with paying this month's rent.

My stay here has been wonderful and i’ve been here going on 2 years now. The staff to the residents here have been great. work orders get completed fast the quality of the apartments, amenities and surrounding areas are great.

Very nice apartments featuring fireplace, walk-in closet, balcony and full-size washer and dryer. Nice quiet neighborhood that is centrally located.

Well as we are smothered in our annual pollen season I must report a five star rating through our first quarter of the year. The grounds await the summer ahead and the management team appear ready to handle the task.

Great apartments with lots of amenities in a quiet neighborhood. Office needs to do a better job when communicating important information to residents.

The management is so much better than when I first moved here. I love the maintenance team, they are always on the money. The management team are very nice and personable.

All good in the neighborhood matinance, management, neighbors, and corporate seem to finally be all on one accord a safe friendly place to live and work.

Everything and everyone has gone above and beyond. If there is an issue they have fixed in a quick turnaround thank you to all. I do really love my apartment

Staff was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Miss. Cherry was very warming and welcoming. In fact the hole staff was. Great team of ladies.

The complex is ok. Sometimes there may be a noise complaint, but not too often. Maintenance is really good with responding to your requests.

Everywhere I move in the past, I've always contributed by painting ,cleaning the apartment before I moved in. because it was too much for the landlord" that I was renting from, and always helped out shoveling snow sweeping the front porch" things like that, getting along with people I live next door too.

Apartments are great, personal is very friendly and helpful. Apartments are big and spacious and it's very affordable. I would very recommend this apartments to friends and family, thank you so much

So far things have gotten much better. Still a work in progress, but definitely on the right track. I am still not happy about their so called managed wifi which I find to be unfair. Why charge me regular price for internet service when it's only wifi? I have a desktop pc and I am not able to connect properly in order to reach the maximum speed that I am paying for. They should've given me the option to connect they way I wanted. After all, I am the one paying and I should be able to enjoy it how I want. Although I enjoy their reward program, but why remove amazon from the list? Most people use that shopping website and yet it's not available. I was forced to apply my rewards towards Burger king which have yet not been approved by the manager. That was supposed to happen since last year and I have not heard anything. It seems that my rewards are gone or maybe someone else used them. Who knows? Maybe that review will trigger something.

Been a smooth transition into the new year of residence. Had an issue with squatters living in an empty apartment next door that was quickly reqidfied by management. All and all experience has been positive.

It's a cool place to stay. More security is needed, but for the most part it's ok. I wish it was a gated community, this will cut a lot of thruway traffic.

This apartment complex is the best, very calm and quiet neighborhood, 10/10 would recommend, very close to shopping plaza and food places. Library and park right down the street as well

Central on the Green apartments is an excellent community. LaToya and her staff are great. They are friendly and always go above and beyond for their tenants. Maintenance team is awesome. The community is very quiet

Love it here very nice in the office apartment was very clean when moving in parking not that great but it’s always a park might have to walk a little but all in all great place lot of shopping and food choices close by

Everything is perfect here! My neighbors are friendly and there isn’t much noise on my end. I have had no issues since I moved here in October!

After 10 years my experience has seen numerous management teams some good and some not so good. This team seems to be caring and dedicated to the resident population. Just renewed my lease which was way to stressful and difficult for a resident who has never been late or had an issue with rent or community rules. Lets see what the new year has to offer here at Central on The Green.

So far it's been okay. There seeme to be a lot of noise early in the morning and late at night. I can hear every conversation that's how things the walls are. My biggest issue however is the roaches and they are huge. I have never seen that many roaches and huge at that in my life. Since I'm still moving in. I will wait until I'm fully settled down to see if they will go away. Will definitely reach out to the office if they have not by then. I think the water bill is quite high and have no idea why I had to pay a deposit on water for. Nonetheless I'm grateful to call this place home. Let's hope it gets better from now here on out.

Cockroaches are all over the place. One night one got on my bed while I was sleeping and almost got into my mouth waking me up. They ignored issues I've reported and never fixed them. You go into the office and they have either friends, families, or co-workers walking around barefoot. For a place of business, that was very unprofessional. The people who are working there don't seem to know anything. I mean what good are you if you can't help anybody? All they'll tell you is that they'll speak to the manager Latoya and get back to you which never happened.

The property is getting better. I am very happy with the parking situation. I wish there was a playground for the children, but that's wishful thinking.

Wonderful everything been very pleasant and welcoming . I been here for almost a month it went by so fast.. most of the things I need is right in the area .

So far I love these apartments. They are maintained very well, people are very friendly and helpful at the leasing office, overal this place is great!

They made me sign a lease as co-applicant and yet I don't have access as a tenant. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. If I need to submit a maintenance request I can't since I am not the main applicant.

Ten years and the community is thriving. Newest management team has been very helpful and glad to have them on board. Been a great summer with no major changes in the community. Shout out to the amazing matenance crew for quick service response

The place is nice, cozy, spacious, has good services, very quiet, customer service is good, has good security, very good pool. It's a nice place to live

My residence at Central On the Green has been awesome. Been a resident going on 2 years. Everyone in the leasing office is awesome along with their maintenance crew.

Things are relatively nice and quiet in the neighborhood. Leasing office looks good. No complaints and good job by the maintenance crew. Pool area looks good also

Latoya and Tonya in the rental office have been great. I had issues with my a/c and they were always willing to help make it right. It is a relatively quiet community and great access to everything.

I have been living here for over 3 years and It is Great living here the staff is friendly and on point and caring with any care or concern.

Very professional and the apartment was very clean moving in. Easy application process and staff very helpful when it came to filling out paperwork

So far I have noticed nothing wrong with the community. It seems pretty quiet. I noticed a lot of people in the pool and everyone was friendly and getting along.

All is well as summer approaches, the WATERBUGS are back. Parking has improved since implementation of Parking stickers. Looks like a little bit of turnover in my area of the complex with a what a appears to be improving few empty apartments. Looking for to a lazy safe summer.

The staff in the leasing office are amazing. There is nothing that I can say that will honestly describe how professional and welcoming the staff is. I love it here.

This community is great. The location is awesome. Everyone here is friendly. LaToya and her staff are awesome and you can always go in and talk to them about any issue and they always greet you with a smile. The maintenance crew is awesome also. I recommend this community

Love it here! Management and maintenance gets back to you in a timely manner. Amenities are great as well can't wait to get in the pool this summer.

It's a cool place to stay. The staff are ok, the maintenance guys are cool. You do have some annoying neighbors but that is to be expected in an apartment complex.
