Property Ratings at Central Heights
I would move in here if you like roaches. This place was good at first. Moved here 09/2021. Roaches started July 2023, worsened since November. Little improvement. I’m about to move out.

Its a decent first apartment. Many of the neighbors seem to forget they live in apartments with many other people whe they fight with their significant other or take their dog out at 2 am however. Also, in the first 3 months we lived here due to construction and water pipe breakage our water went out 4 times but the office doesn't tell you anything. Your water will go out and you'll have to call the office to find out why and they'll tell you just to suck it up and wait basically. One of the office ladies is incredibly unpleasant but the other office lady and all the maintenance guys are nice. Overall not a bad first apartment complex and the apartments are pretty nice but you definitely get what you pay for with the low rent as far as issues and tenants.
