Don't think there is a nicer place to stay unless you are in your own home in the Gardens than here at the Grand.

I recently moved into Central Gardens Grand in Palm Beach Gardens. I wanted to take a moment to commend your staff, especially Youlande, for their exceptional professionalism. The team is knowledgeable, caring, and truly represents your company with excellence. As a retired manager of the Keyes Company’s office in Plantation, Florida, where I worked with up to 100 associates, I’ve seen both the best and the worst in the industry. Without a doubt, your team ranks among the best.

I had the pleasure of meeting Yolande at an event, and we instantly connected. She later invited me to host an event at Central Gardens Grand, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The gathering was intimate, well-organized, and filled with a warm sense of community, reflecting her genuine care for the residents. What I love most about Yolande is how she focuses on the interests of the residents, thoughtfully planning and arranging activities that bring people together. Her selective approach ensures that every opportunity is meaningful, helping residents connect and build a true sense of community. It’s clear that she puts a lot of care and effort into making everyone feel included and engaged. Central Gardens Grand is a beautiful place all around, and I can’t wait for the next event!

My experience with this community has been outstanding. A few weeks ago, I toured the property with a friend who recently moved in, and I was thoroughly impressed. The office manager, Youlande, is polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. The apartment units are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized. I’d also like to give five stars to the maintenance manager for keeping everything in excellent condition. I’m planning to move in soon and can’t wait to be part of this community. Marc's professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately made me feel comfortable and valued as a potential resident. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, providing me with detailed information about the building and the available units. The first impression of the building was impressive. The exterior was well-maintained and showcased a modern design that blended seamlessly with the surrounding neighborhood. As I entered the building, I was greeted by a clean and inviting lobby, which gave me a sense of the attention to detail and care taken by the management team. My wife and I live in Central Gardens Grand more than a year. The Bozzuto team is headed by the General Manager Youlande, who is extremely competence and knowledgeable with regards to managing a property of this type. She is more than helpful and always a pleasure to work with.

I’d like to express my pleasure with management, specifically Youlande, Marc and Jose. Any time I visit the leasing office either for a situation I need addressed or just to say hello I’m greeted by name, they all know me and it’s always a friendly and fun experience. Any issue that needs attention is handled quickly and professionally. Although I am one of many many residents here, these 3 people are always welcoming and available to help. I really enjoy living here !

I love Central Gardens Grand! This space is warm, inviting, and beautiful! I was very interested in seeing what it had to offer, it just seemed to good to be true. I was not disappointed. The building was well maintained, it offered plenty of amenities, and the residents were very nice. Youlande was very kind and made me feel welcomed. After the tour, I knew this is where I wanted to be, I applied two days later, it didn't make sense to look elsewhere. ??

This apartment is so great! I love the amenities with the very beautiful fountain, the quiet living conditions and the friendly people. It has all the amenities, a nice heated pool, and a fitness facility on the third floor that I can enjoy. I compared many apartments in the area, but ended up signing up for this place. Not only because the living environment is amazing, but I meet very nice leasing offices, Marc and Youlande, who are so supportive and interesting! They will solve your problems very quickly, they are very glad to talk with you and share the great food and good places to go nearby! I believe this is a wonderful place to live!

Advertised as luxurious apartment but made of poor quality. Super thin wall can hear everything. You just wait in the elegant lobby for somebody to do some work out and you will hear it all three floors down!!! Ants walking on balcony so experiencing the Florida style. Although it claimed that the best in south Florida and never have any complaints I heard many people complaining and the management has done nothing. I even saw a letter posting on somebody door in regards to noise! You need to live here to experience its Luxury. The garage has all the plastic pipes running all over. If someone flushing or taking a bath you hear it. I hear even urinating noises!

I can hardly wait to see the actual units! I'm Watching them everyday but What you can see is that they will be Fabulous! I hope to move in in a very few months.
