Property Ratings at Centerview at Crossroads
The fees with the new management are insane! They removed the Amazon locker and added fees for a delivery service that delays your packages and from what I’ve heard of others experiences, isn’t reliable. You can opt out of the service but not the charge. Same thing with the new internet and cable package, it’s $80 more than I was paying beforehand and you’re not able to opt out. To the other reviews, the maintenance staff really is lovely and so incredibly helpful. It’s a shame the new management is trying to squeeze every penny out of renters because the complex used to be good before they bought it.
Unless you desire to live amongst german cockroaches and inconsiderate neighbors, enjoy your property being intruded upon without notice (and multiple personal items damaged) while your reported issues go unresponded to, and like paying for endless, everchanging, unexplained, excess fees to an unresponsive, lazy management company who outright lacks any care or oversight into the property, or its residents, because they are constantly turning over to a new company—I do NOT recommend living here.
My fiancé and I have been living at Centerview at Crossroads for two years, and although the apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and in a great location with access to everything within a 20-minute drive, our experience here has been far from ideal. The maintenance team is responsive, but our main issue is the lack of consideration from our neighbors and the management's indifference to our concerns. Our upstairs neighbors are constantly stomping and dropping things on the floor at all hours, forcing us to wear earplugs to sleep. It's so bad we can even hear them using the bathroom. Our lovely balcony has become unusable, as the same neighbors constantly smoke marijuana outside, and the smell permeates our home whenever we open the door for fresh air. We've contacted the management office numerous times about the noise and smell, but they show no concern for our well-being or quality of life. Now, we have a new problem with our downstairs neighbors blasting their music, creating a cacophony of stomping and loud music. If you value peace and quiet, this is definitely not the place for you. Also, it's worth noting that the latest 5-star reviews mainly praise the maintenance team, not the property itself. This is a clear indication that the positive aspects of this complex are limited to the maintenance staff, which is not enough to outweigh the cons. We're moving out soon, and I want to warn others considering moving in to think twice before touring the property. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a better living experience with considerate neighbors and attentive management.
It is a beautiful community and I feel very safe, so far.
I have been a resident of Centerview at Crossroads for two (2) years, and have enjoyed every bit of it. The Management team is very respectful and cordial, at all times, and always wanting to know if there is anything they could do to make our living here better; that, I think, speaks volume! Constant cleanliness and maintaining landscaping of the community; convenient locations; great amenities, and we feel a great sense of security.

I moved in on March 1st of this year, and so far, I have not had or experienced anything bad happen. It is has been pretty quiet, and I feel very safe, so far. Landscape is always clean and well maintained.
Extremely unprofessional move in experience. The condition of the apartment was extremely poor. There was something wrong everywhere in the apartment. Stains everywhere, appliances coming off the wall, holes everywhere, outlets not working, dirt all over windows, bathrooms not working properly. Absolutely terrible.
The staff at Centerview do an amazing job! The leasing office and maintenance crew are awesome and quick! They truly care about their tenants satisfaction!

I have been a tenant here for five months, and have enjoyed every bit of it. I am most impressed with the peace and quietness of the neighborhood, at any time of day. Also impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the neighborhood.

I just submitted my 6th maintenance request on my AC unit. My AC unit continues to malfunction, this type of professionalism coming from a "luxury" apartment complex is unacceptable.
Great floorplan, amenities, and community feel.
The only complaint I have about this place is that there is no 24/7 package center. Other than that, the apartment is in great condition, the amenities are amazing, and the staff is extremely responsive.

I have only been in the Centerview at Crossroads community a little over a month-and-a-half, but I can say, so far, that I made the right choice. The maintenance/Landscaping crew is visibly seen, cleaning and beautifying the community. The office is always clean and very welcoming. Staff is courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable. It is very quiet and peaceful and, so far, I feel VERY safe!

I have lived here since 2008. Property management, leasing, and maintenance staff, all work together to make Centerview at Crossroads some place I'm proud to call HOME. If you're looking for a new apartment home in the Triangle area, do yourself a favor and contact them ASAP!
The staff is very courteous
This apartment complex has very nice and polite sales agents. The manager Elliot is very rude, and impolite. He has his employees stalk residents and enter their apartments multiple times a week without notifying residents and then lying about it. He also likes to charge damage caused by external forces to residents. BEWARE!! Looks are deceiving.

I have lived here for the past two months in a single apartment and have found it to be pretty nice. Facility was bought out in late July and new management has been pretty good. I have noticed little bugs, only two water bugs and one was dead when I found it. I live on the bottom floor. I didnt like that my rent went up $10 for no reason after the first month. PROS: great location, driving distance to north raleigh and downtown as well as Cary shopping and RTP/airport. Nice appliances and carpets. Dog park and neighbors are friendly so far Safe area. CONS: slightly expensive thin walls, can hear neighbors (luckily mine are fairly quiet) Id recommend this place as a good living area. I think rent could be a tad cheaper though. Upper $800s and lower 900s is fairly expensive in my opinion.
The apartment complex has had so many gimmicks to get people to live here, but I never was able to benefit. I have renewed my lease for the past eight years and have a hard time getting the leasing manager to clean my carpets. I might just move.
