Move in was extremely easy because I had access to the loading dock entrance, and use of two of the building’s luggage carts. I thought I would have to vacuum and wipe down the apartment- but it had already been freshly cleaned before I arrived. Great experience!

I’ve been living at Center & Stone Apartments in Quincy since the end of July 2024, and overall it’s been a great experience. The location is one of the biggest advantages — just a short walk to Quincy Center station, which makes commuting to Boston super convenient. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes nearby, so everything I need is within walking distance. The apartment itself is modern and comfortable. My unit gets a lot of natural light and is generally quiet, which I really appreciate. The building is well-maintained, and the management team is fairly responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or maintenance requests. Overall, I’ve been happy living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place in Quincy.

Our experience so far has been good. We suggested the team to plan more community hosted events and to ensure that they closely manage Conservice, the water and sewer services contract as they make many mistakes charging incorrect amounts on a monthly basis. The new management team is receptive and willing to execute residents' suggestions. They are good communicating via email in a timely manner.

I absolutely love living in this community! It feels like all of the best parts of being in a dorm with none of the downsides. It's super pet friendly, the amenities are outstanding, the events are frequent and fun, and there's a really great sense of community. I try to convince everyone I know to move in (and at least one is!).

Since Mason's opened, my apartment unit and the hallways were filled with a heavy, smoky smell that began around 4pm and lasted throughout the evening. It quickly started to bother my lungs, making it difficult to breathe during the evenings and triggering my asthma. Although maintenance came several times, reassuring me that Masons / the building was trying everything, it shouldn't have taken several months to solve. Given this experience, I know I will never live next to a restaurant again. No amount of amenities can make up for diminished quality of life.

Love it here - thank you so much for the hospitality. The staff is awesome, the only constructive feedback is the cleaning products used in the morning in the common areas are sometimes very strong. As someone who is sensitive to scent these sometimes cause migraines. I love the events that the staff organize. Thank you for everything!

Comfy , always smells great in common areas, quiet in the halls. Easy management to be able to communicate with. Area is great to live in. Parking situation is terrible now that steakhouse is open. Plenty of spots open always but neighborhood made it so you need a residential sticker for after 6PM and when you live at Center & stone you are not eligible for sticker. The monthly parking fee at center and stone is a ridiculous amount on top of the rent. More worth it to get a parking ticket here and there than it is to pay for a spot in garage.

Center & Stone has been our home for almost a year and we have had a really nice experience, it is a quiet place with perfect amenities to enjoy in your day to day. I have been living here since June and absolutely love it here along with the location walking distance to everything. The staff is very kind and my favorite part is that they ask for feedback and actually take the time and effort to accommodate to residents requests. For example, we got more new gym equipment!! Residents also respect each others belongings. The residents are quiet but friendly. Age population seems to be around young working professionals, millennials. I have good quiet neighbors. The entire staff from cleaning, maintenance, leasing team are amazing. Debbie also went out of her way to help me with a request. I wish rent wasn’t high for the space and I hope it doesn’t rise so I can continue to live here. Overall I do like it and feel very safe.

Overall, pretty good experience. I like that the T is right there and the amenities are nice and new, specially the gym and the game room. There is a decent number of social events and it's been nice to meet other residents that way. There are two grocery stores close by - a Stop and Shop and Star Market. Quincy is a quaint, little neighborhood.

We absolutely love living at Center & Stone. It's very conveniently across from the RedLine which I take to work. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. The staff has been so helpful and quick to fix any issues. The apartment itself is beautiful. Some of the appliances could be more quality brands but whenever there is issues maintenance is on top of it. The pool is wonderful to use in the warmer months and the fitness center has been upgraded with new equipment per resident request. Feels like a luxury home.

The property managers are exceptionally kind and understanding. It’s so nice to see people around these buildings usually happy and smiling. Only 4 stars because nothing is ever perfect but I do enjoy living here very much.

We love living at Center & Stone! We moved at the beginning of September and have found the place and all its amenities so nice. The leasing team also host a bunch of events for the residents which are very fun.

So five months ago, I wrote that I loved this place and if you care to know I still do! It’s awesome and just keep getting better. It’s super quiet, clean and a relaxing place. The management's team Debbie, Kayla and Zach are very friendly, informative and go above and beyond to make the stay here comfortable. The maintenance team is super responsive. On or off duty Leroy is always ready to help and takes pride in his work. The amenities are the best! The recent completion of the Center building was the icing on the cake. Such a beautiful and safe place to live.

Overall, I'm so satisfied. It's a new building, it's so clean, the staff are so kind and neighbor are so nice. Personally, I go to the track in the faxon field and run everyday morning, it's so nice to be close to it

We love it here. Great adjustment. Great residents. Great staff. We love the location. Close to a nice park, plenty of restaurants within walking or UberEATS range, and plenty of public transportation options.

The facility is clean, modern, and the staff are amazing! All needs are met, and the maintenance staff is extremely responsive! The walls and windows block sound very well, and the amenities are top of the line.
