The bulk of Downtown Beaverton is formed by outdoor shopping centers like Beaverton Town Square and Cedar Hills Crossing. Between these retail centers is a number of nationally recognizable as well as local restaurants and stores.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Center Plaza
New management can't even explain why our utility bills are delayed. I see the person who last reviewed has this same problem. They still have not addressed this. This used to be a great place to live, but its quickly gone downhill since our new manager took the job. It's really dissapointing. I have been renting property for over ten years and i have never experienced this level of chaos (and months of silence) just trying to pay my bills.
I’ve been living here for 5 years and never had any issues with anything until recently. Being charged randomly and inconsistently for water/sewage/trash? Something that is included in our usual monthly payment. It had never been an external charge. We brought it to their attention and they said “don’t worry about it it’s a glitch in our system” so we left it alone. A few months later we were charged again, same thing. “Don’t worry about it we use it for some of our other properties it’s through a 3rd party” and then we received a COVID-19 Eviction Protection letter on our door, stating that they couldn’t evict us for the unpaid utility fees because there was an eviction protection. What they had told us not to worry about, they claimed delinquency on us and said it was down on our rental records now. It’s shady and inconsistent even in the complex - my neighbors haven’t been charged for it, but I have. I’ve met 2 other people who have been receiving the random charges, but their neighbors don’t. It just doesn’t sit right with me.
I have lived here for about 2 years and so far I find its a good place to live. The Beaverton Transit Center is only a 5 min walk, making it easy to travel to Downtown Portland for some fun adventures. And since I don't have a car its very convenient for me that Winco and Fred Meyer are a 15 min walk away. The staff have always been very helpful, and maintenance is done as quickly as possible. The apartment complex comes with a indoor pool, a gym, onsite laundry rooms, as well as onsite parking, along with a good amount of guest parking. I would recommend this place to any of my friends just as I am recommending it to you the readers of my review.
