This is an older property but the apartment is a good deal for what you get - I toured the other properties on this street and the apartments here were the most modern of the three. The manager here has been great and there seems to be a lot of work going on here fixing things up.

I’ve lived here for a while, and I can’t say enough about how much this place has improved since the new owner took over! They’ve been renovating all the apartments, and the upgrades are incredible—brand-new kitchens, fully ripped out the old bathroom and installed everything new, modern appliances, even a new playground. It really feels like a brand-new community. It’s clear that the new owner genuinely cares about the property and its residents.

My apparent has been flooded with grey water for 2 weeks now and no one has come to fix it after I call every day. Wish I could say this was the first grey water problem I've had here. The bugs are resistant to the insecticide treatments. The pool has never opened properly and the staff are horribly rude. I have lived here 3 years and regret trusting them to fix the issues at my last lease signing.

During this incident, our community was notified as well as our outside contractor to address this issue. This was addressed within 24 hours of being brought to out attention. Regarding our amenities, our pool was closed in summers past due to Covid and we look forward to the opening of the pool this summer. As for the bugs, we offer pest control to any residents that report concerns, and they do routine visits once a week throughout the community. My sink has over flowed 3 times, destroyed personal property, and had only been temporarily fixed. In person they said they would replace my property but in emails they refused. I've lived here 2 years and haven't seen the disgusting pool open once ( charged a communityfee for that and a mailroom that looses packages). Roaches, gnats, flies, you name it we have them. I never have gotten a window screen I've been promised since day one. They all pass the buck on who's fault it is. Matenance people are kind but over worked and not given materials to finish a job correctly.

Very Poor property management. ROACHES. ROACHES. and more ROACHES.
Roaches, Roaches, Roaches, Roaches, Roaches, Roaches and more Roaches. If you don't mind bunking with an army of Roaches, I highly recommend these apartments. There is absolutely nothing that can be done about them. If you live on the second or bottom floors, the ceiling is basically paper thin. My toilet would barley flush, maintenance would rarely come and theres a smell in the hallways. It's just overall in bad condition....
No one cares about renters in this apartment complex!!! They just want your money. Exterior doors’ lockers are not working. It past already one week since the main door is locked and nobody comes to fix it. The dryer machines don’t dry, and you’ll end up spending your money for getting your clothes colder than they were. The road around the complex has lots of holes. If you call the maintenance - nobody comes, or they come a week after the call. The come to kill the bugs once in a couple months, but the chemicals they use are not killing the bugs. If you decide to leave, you won’t get your deposit. Also, if you give the keys one day later than the contract says, you’ll be charged for a whole month. Bonus- they want to increase the rent!!!!
Do not rent from this complex if you want: 1) Working/locking exterior doors (doors without locks or doors that don't open from the inside for weeks/months) 2) Quick responses to maintenance issues (days to weeks) 3) Consistent air conditioning even in the middle of summer 4) Consistent cable/internet service (faulty wiring that cable company cannot replace)
It's been 7 days I been without air from July 14 and its July 20. It's 90 degrees outside still no one is helping or even trying to help I'm on the second floor and I really can't sleep cause it's so hot. I can barley think straight cause I'm so hot in this apartment. I pray I don't die in here with no air.
DO NOT MOVE HERE, THEY PAINT BEDBUGS TO THE CEILING, AND TELL YA TO DEAL WITH IT WHEN YOU BRING IT TO THEIR ATTENTION AFTER MOVING IN. NOT A SECURE PLACE EITHER MOST DOORS ARE BROKEN AND ANYONE CAN AND WILL WALK IN!!!!
These apartments are a joke,management is your friend until you rent,then they turn there back on you..maintenance is a joke too !one is so inexperienced ,the work has to be redone several times and still doesnt get it right..DON'T RENT HERE
