I have been here for a little over 5 years. The experience has been absolutely lovely since being here. There was an unforeseeable incident that occurred with my last unit and they acted quickly to get me moved into another available unit. The staff ALWAYS answers the phone, they are always there to answer any questions. Maintenance is on top of the request. Security is always present and available. Both sets of neighbors have been respectful. They address issues that come about. There is no commotion, and I love that. They do not play, and I love that too. I would definitely recommend.

The property is expansive, well cared for and the buildings and apartments are excellent. But the staff was even better than that. I was looking for an apartment due to an unfortunate life change and therefore was under a bit of stress. The staff was understanding, courteous, professional...all the things a person needs during a time like that. I worked directly with Casidy and she was just a joy to interact with all the way around. Definitely do come check out the property and I'm sure you'll have as wonderful an interaction as I did.

Some apartments are only nice and professional when they are trying to get you to move in. Centennial Gardens never disappoints . I can call them and no matter what, they're going to assist. Stepping into my 2nd time leasing period at Centennial Gardens Apartment and it's been so far great experience in terms of infrastructure & maintenance support! You’ll think for the price they would make sure everything is ok in your apartment….walls cracking,appliances haven’t been updated,walls very thin you can hear the person living above you entire conversation.Yes they are nice on the outside,but you might as well get a nice house for the same price.

Great apartment complex!! The grounds are very well maintained. The only complaint I have is the fence for the gate is ALWAYS being broken by people who do not live here. The pool is filled with people who do not live here, which causes the residents who pay rent to not be able to swim b/c of the overcrowded pool. That is completely unfair. There needs to be better security on checking the pools for non residents.

We just moved into our new apartment here at Centennial Gardens and so far it has been very pleasant. The staff at the leasing office have been nothing but amazing, sweet and very accommodating. We were moving across states so naturally we had plenty of questions and Taylor Allen helped us through the whole process, anytime I had a question she responded promptly and provided me with all the information we needed to settle in. She provided us with a map of the area, and other resources that helped us get everything in order. So far it has been great and the apartments are beautiful!

I’ve debated for quite some time about writing about my experience living here at the Centenni-swamp.. but the change of staff in the office is what brought me to this review. I’ve lived here for 2 years now and in the past 6 months things have gone down hill..quickly. The grounds are kept fairly well, however, the swamp in the back where I reside is such an eye sore. I can’t even walk my dog, Beau, without him being covered in dirty swamp water. The staff suggested that I go to the dog park, but it’s just a small fenced off patch of grass. There are two new managers in the office that look at you like you are dumb every time you speak. It makes me feel very unwelcome. There are a few fresh faces out front- only time will tell how that’s going to go. Come renewal time Beau and I will be going elsewhere.

I have lived at Centennial Gardens for almost a year. Over the past few months I have voiced my concern regarding dog waste in the front of my building. Each time except for my last conversation I was reassured that the dog waste would be cleaned up, and that has been very far from the truth. Everyday when I leave and come home from work that is the first thing I see. I have spoken to everyone is the office and my concern has yet to be addressed. The leasing manager told me she has done all that she could do which is absolutely nothing. I am very disappointed that I take more pride in where I live than the people that are responsible for managing the property. Centennial Gardens deserves better leadership!
First time on my own and I wanted to make sure I found a good neighborhood. Centennial Gardens is a great neighborhood. Its quiet, clean, and people keep to themselves. I worked with Kasey and she was so helpful getting me set up here. The security features are great and maintenance responds to work orders promptly. I called the office and maintenance showed up 30 minutes later. I was not expecting that, but its GREATLY appreciated! Thank you.

I recently got a new lease here and I really like my apartment. The staff here is great. I had a maintenance issue and they fixed it promptly. The community is very close to shopping, restaurants, groceries, and movie theaters. I worked with Kasey on my lease. Her energy is infectious; she puts in all the effort to help customers. Most of all, she loves her job and enjoys what she dies. I would definitely recommend Centennial Gardens.

My school has been housing flight students at Centennial Gardens for almost 10 years. The management and staff are amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly and they really care about the tenants living there. Anytime we have a maintenance issue it is addressed promptly. I am currently working with Val and she is always going out of her way to accommodate my unusual circumstances (Housing up to 20 students at a time in numerous apartments). The grounds are clean and the landscaping maintained beautifully. My students love using the pools and workout rooms. The main reason we chose to stay here is the security. This is a gated community and they have security on site. The individual apartments have security systems installed. Many of my students are from other countries and safety is a huge concern for us. Centennial is located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants which my students also appreciate. I love this place.

I have lived in these apartments for close to two years. The office staff is extremely friendly and I never have any issues after a maintenance request. The entire leasing staff has been great but the property manager Ms.Amanda in particular is very professional, customer driven and always brightens the residents day with that impeccable smile. Overall this gated community is amazingly due to all of the walking distance restaurants, bars, and branded clothing stores. I highly recommend this quiet and stellar community for anyone in search of an updated and cozy living.

Centennial Gardens is a pleasant place to stay. Kasey who works in the office is very professional and friendly, and makes sure that all my needs are met. Centennial Gardens is quiet and I have not encountered any issues.I have been staying here a year.

Hello, my name is LaTasha and I have lived at the Centennial Gardens apartment complex for 17 months now. I have had a wonderful experience thus far, with no complaints. They keep you informed of important information via email. We have 24hr security and also regular neighborhood watch meetings with the local sheriffs office. The staff provides excellent customer service and the neighbors are very friendly. We're located within minutes of a variety of shopping and restaurants. I am proud to call Centennial Gardens my home!
Measuring one thousand one hundred and sixty square feet it is very spacious with large rooms that mimic a home and embodies the amenities that provides the ownership feeling without the responsibilities. The area is quiet, although nestled behind the interstate and centered around businesses that meet all your needs.
